Staff tends to be rude. I have been interrupted while trying to explain an issue and treated as if I am wasting their time. This is exasperating, considering the issue was caused by their error.

Usually friendly. They don’t offer options when there is an issue with a prescription - ex: cash pay is an option if there is a coverage vs. availability issue. Also, they close completely every afternoon AFTER LUNCHTIME for lunch.

Here lately this place has gone down hill. They told me to come back in 45 minutes... 3 days in a row. On the 3rd day I had to get ugly just get my prescription because they told me to come back in 45 minutes. What is going on in this place?

They never answer their phone, and I get texts saying my prescriptions are ready, to show up and they aren't filled. This happens quite frequently. They are not as good as they used to be.

The rudest pharmacy I have ever been to! Rude managers and employees! The little bald headed white man pharmacist slammed the window down in my face and told me not to come back! Believe me I won't, you all need a lesson in customer service. This incident had been reported to the district manager!

The blonde lady pharmacist was very helpful, nice, and efficient when the computer system made an error concerning when my controlled medications were scheduled to be filled. I switched to this pharmacy instead of the CVS on Whitten and Stage because this exact problem also occurred there, when the pharmacist on duty would not double check their computer system for me and said I had to wait almost another week past my real refill date. I tried to kindly explain there was most definitely an error with the computer, because I was looking at the date on my last receipt and the date on the bottles. He hung up on me, and when I called back he hung up on me again and transferred the call to a cop who gave me a stern talkin' to! lol :'D CVS corrected the mistake the next day of course, when a different pharmacist assisted me, but the lady pharmacist at the Neighborhood Walmart put in the extra effort immediately to double check for me. She swiftly figured out the mistake with the system and she filled the medications immediately, and she didn't even have to call in the SWAT team! She was VERY busy, yet remained very professional and went out of her way for her patient even when she was quite understaffed (icy roads) and the computer system was not working entirely correctly on top of that. If you have Cigna, and you live in the 38135 area, go to this Neighborhood Walmart not CVS on Whitten & Stage. Better patient service by far.

Some real idiots that work there. I went to pick up some diet cokes and happened to run into the coke employee stocking the shelves. I saw a case of diet cokes nearby and asked if I could get them. He said yes and handed them to me. When I got to the check out counter an female employee told me I couldn't buy them because the diet cokes in the pre-wrapped plastic unless I was willing to by them at the individual price, I was told to go back and get 4 six packs. I had 4-six packs wrapped in a plastic case. Unbelievable!!!! I just left the store.
