Worst customer ever I went to change my tires and they broke one of my tire sensors and every time I go they say the don't have the sensor in it been about a month and they haven't fixed my sensor and the managers got bad attitude and worst service I ever experienced I don't recommend any one to come service there car here

Really negative experience. We ordered items for pick up. We arrived at the designated time and checked in. After an hour and multiple complaints to the workers bringing other pick-up items out, someone arrived with exactly 1/2 of the items we ordered. I complained. The workers couldn't have care less. I had to submit a complaint to get a refund for things I paid for and never received. Customer service here is abysmal.

This store has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I signed up for Walmart + after a trial period that went very well. But as soon as they got my money the service stopped. I tried to use the delivery service but after waiting days for a delivery that was supposed to have been delivered the same day, I had to just cancel. Today I tried to get a pick-up order and, of course, got a text saying it is delayed. There is no way to plan around this. And there is no way to get in touch with an actual person. Every department I tried to reach by phone just rang endlessly. I don't know how a company this big with such poor service can even stay in business.

This has got to be the best Walmart I've been to so far in memphis. it's just sad. But hey atleast I know where to go to now. This Walmart was a lot cleaner and friendlier and the only reason I give it 4 stars is because it's far from where I live. Yup, I have to drive far just to get DECENT customer service here in shitty Memphis. Oooh boy

This Smokehouse Burnt end dip was delicious. The taste was very good., a little smokey., sweet and spicy flavor...not real spicy. (cream cheese). I could taste small pieces of the brisket meat. The cost at Walmart was about $5.74. If the price has not increased I would purchase this dip again.

If I could give this walmart negative stars, I would. No employee is helpful in there. Everyone is selfish and ignorant. My husband and I were trying to self checkout (cause theres never enough employees for the regular lines) and upon trying to pay, the card reader would not work. We asked an employee that was standing at the main computer for checkout for help and she stated that she "Didn't want to help us, that she was in the middle of eating her snack" She sat there sucking her peanut butter off her fingers while the line was growing longer and longer because we couldnt pay. I finally went and searched for another employee and was able to get it worked out. I will NEVER go back to this store. This was absolutely terrible!! If you don't want to work, then don't. But dont go wasting peoples time.

I wish I could give this place no stars. By far the worst Walmart I have ever been to... 14 cash registers to check out from yet they can only keep 1 or 2 lanes open and it takes you over 2 hours just to check out and if you're lucky you're up next and the person working the register to just up and close it and walk away. Not one single person working here takes any pride in their work and has 0 willingness to do anything other than the bare minimum of their job. Most of the managers are ghetto half educated people who could care they are at work to do a job and represent a brand. They rather have obscene conversations with more ghetto rude and vulgar people on speaker phone around customers and loudly announce how they can't wait to get high after their shift. Absolutely disgusting and despicable. Shop anywhere else than here. Do better walmart.... If you can.....

This place is just crazy...they close now for the overnight hours..there is absolutely no reason that they can't have the right prices on the items... no one has time to take pictures of everything to argue what is on the shelf and what the registers ring up...can you say BAIT AND SWITCH ....SMFH

This store got new management and it's definitely turning around! The staff has been helpful and the lines aren't down the aisles anymore. Everything looks clean, stocked and more organized. I can't wait to see what it looks like in a few months

It use to be that they close five minutes early now they're closing almost 30 minutes early. Some people work all day and can't get their groceries until night time. They gotta get all new staff and get their stuff together

They need a general manager to come in and put this place back into shape. They got some poor attitude and lie and make excuses they decided to close down customer services today due to weather and COVID and not having enough people I could tell it was a lie bc of guilty looks plenty of workers around the store on their phones and talking and joking around though must be nice standing around not doing much getting paid.

Unorganized. Cluttered. Wrong prices. Terrible customer service. If zero starts were an option...
