I shop there almost every night after my shift as a guard. I came in there last night in my uniform again. I checked out at self checkout because there weren't any registers open per usual. The attendant at the self checkout helped me because I purchased a lot of vegetables and fruit. Their system kept glitching and the screen was sticking. The white attendant at the next set of self checkout registers watched me the entire time. I looked back several times to ensure that it was me that she was eyeballing. I literally have on a bullet proof vest and you're watching me. Ridiculous. After I spent 137 dollars in the store, I got all of my groceries and placed them in the cart. As soon as I left from the register the attendant turned away when she had been watching me the whole time. Note to self I was pissed. Not all black people steal especially the ones that work with PD daily and shop your store damn near every night in their uniform. It really says a lot about your company.

Giirrrlll let me tell you about Walmart... Ok so like why do they have like a million self checkouts but half of them are closed???? Like hello?! Also why do you only have 2 regular check outs?! LIKE BE SO FR?! I want to go into a freaking Walmart and have the option to choose weather I would like to deal with people or be an introvert thanks.

Pharmacy is UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and SLOW!!! I HATE bad customer service!
I give 1 STAR.
Pharmacy staff is super rude/unpleasant and super slow…the WORST part is the rudeness and unpleasantness and mistreatment of customers! The staff knows they can treat customers poorly and GET AWAY WITH IT; but if customer addresses staff to give critical helpful feedback to staff for improvement, then staff gets irate and ESCALATES the situation making a scene fast by threatening/implying to call the police/security (classic toxic gaslighting manipulative tactic by staff)…totally unprofessional disgusting unacceptable nonsense bullying by staff! Thank goodness for google reviews to express my frustration and feedback in a calm civilized way as opposed to there being a big scene in the store.
Customer receives call automation saying prescription is ready…and the prescription is many times NOT ready when customer goes to pick up prescription…that’s really poor inconsiderate treatment of customers! When it’s not ready and makes us customers slowly wait, then that’s bound to cause TENSIONS between customers and staff!
Also, customer waits 10-20 minutes waiting in line to find out the prescription is NOT ready yet and then customer has to wait longer!…that’s very poor inconsiderate treatment of customers!
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER & GET ORGANIZED!!!
LEARN PROPER PROFESSIONALISM and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Golden Rule - Treat people the way you want to be treated. If staff is pleasant/respectful when they meet/greet the customers, then customers will be pleasant/respectful! You will get exponentially more positive feedback rating and less toxic work environment if you stick to the golden rule!

They have very affordable groceries and more importantly, friendly people. Where staff at other Walmarts in the area don't seem to care, the people at the Market goes out of their way to be helpful.

I visit this Walmart quite a bit because it’s practically walking distance from my house. On several occasions I have experienced very negative interactions with this one employee, Gabbi. I have not had any issues with anyone else in the years I have visited, so I’m wondering, how she would be in a management position with such a terrible attitude? I realize being in customer service can be challenging and good help is hard to find but Walmart, do better. Please.
