Really Bad Cashier and Cooks..... The Guys Are So Rude.... Then they wasnt taking orders inside the store only online but didn't tell anyone so we all waiting in line to order for them to tell us to order online or we can go somewhere else

The food was good but I waited over an hour for an order I placed online and I was not alone. The staff was working diligently but whoever was in command last night could use some training. They were making orders and instead of calling out people's names as they came off the line they just piled them up by the counter. People had to beg the guy in charge to read off the names and sure enough they belonged to people in the store who had been waiting. I will never eat at this store again, the wait time was just unacceptable especially given just 10 minutes down the road by the mall there is a properly functioning WingStop. I'll drive the extra 20 minutes next time and it will still be faster and friendlier.

Orders are on the shelf not being called. Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for an order and then get attitude by who I think is the manager. He rolled his eyes when I asked him to speak up. I called out orders I could hear. Super crowded. Oh then I kept being ignored. Treat your delivery partners better.

I have to start off saying this has absolutely nothing to do with WingStop as a whole because I love them and will be returning just not to this location. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue at this location and the first thing they say is are you sure you are at the correct location? Yes I am would you like to see my confirmation email. This would mean I paid for my order correct! Well we don’t have your order and the manager comes and says are you sure you’re at the right location again telling him yes and showing him my email then the charge on my bank account. He proceeds to say we didn’t charge you it’s pending. I said yeah that’s how it works. His attitude was very dismissive and rude. Then he walks away as if it was nothing he could do about it. That is very disheartening we are living in a time where you don’t what type of day a person is having and to have encounter a person like such is disgusting.

Soon as I walked in , the young lady at the counter made me feel welcomed made suggestions on items to get . Definitely will return . My wangs was Delicious and fresh .Parking: Easy to get into to at 9:30pm

Great and friendly service at this location on 12/13/2023. I deliver so could not rate the food but, the customer service was off the charts friendly and fast....job well done.
