Chris Wooley was so helpful, professional and diligent in helping us find our dream car. He asked the right questions, found exactly what we were looking for and followed up after we bought the vehicle to make sure everything was working properly and we did not have any issues.

Took car to be serviced and told service consultant what I needed. Then told him we were promised a free oil change. They fixed a recall and said they changed oil but they had not last time we took van in. Was told they could not honor my word. Ok, told him thank you and that it was put in records. They found records but changed what we were told. Thanks Wolfchase Honda!! We will do our business somewhere else from now on.

Mickey has been wonderful through the years and he helped me yesterday (jumped my Honda off so I could make it to Autozone) AFTER MARTAVIOUS CHARGED ME $100 for NOTHING. ** . Also a person with a bad attitude should really not be in the customer service business

The service was amazing! Loan got to me within minutes about looking at a vehicle. She was so sweet and kind! Also, I recommend going to see Karla! I was very comfortable talking to her and she was just more than amazing!!!! Extremely supportive and positive! She helped me so much and I cannot recommend her enough. She is 100% the best!

The service was exceptional , fast, and professional. I had a electrical issue that took two visits to diagnose and repair . The service department researched and repaired a very complicated problem. Honda stood behind their product not charging me a dime. Thanks to everyone at Wolfchase especially John Tierney!!

Great customer service. From the initial phone call with Michelle to the test drive phase with my salesman Tyrese down to the paperwork finalizing with Reggie. They rolled the ball so fast and seamless. Everyone was friendly and so far my new car is great. All I’m missing is a Wolfchase Honda T-shirt and hat ?.
