Yeen is the absolute best!! Although all of the service professionals are customer focused, I love having a smiling female as my "go to" person! Yeen loves her job and its apparent that she studies all aspects of her job in order to answer difficult questions. She's quite a caring, responsive and dedicated person!

I enjoy the dealership and feel they try to get me in for service and out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, I have had to bring my car back 3 times because of a recall on the mirrors. The replacement mirrors are hard to see out of, each time I have brought the car back, the mirrors have been replaced and are no better than the time before. I'm not sure what started the need for replacement to begin with, but I do as I am asked. Sorry I have followed directions on this one.

My first dealership experience with Honda was excellent . They where nice / friendly provided excellent customer service care to push and make sure I got the car I want . I would recommend Mr. William Mccarley to be your salesman if you visit Honda dealership he is nice , patience , honest and will boost you to get what you want and also the help of Silas boost me to be approved for a 2023 Honda civic Sedan sport. The Honda dealership overall and Their team is excellent I appreciated the service they provided me I recommend Honda wolf-chase dealership. If you are looking for exceptional dealership experience. They are very negotiable and will work with you .

I went in because of low tire pressure. They checked it out, found a nail, made the repair. $20.00!!!!! What a great surprise. I expected them to tellMe the worst….need a new tire. Not this time. A real confidence booster in the service department. Plus I got a free car wash. I feel like I made money….this time. ?

Wolfchase Honda Service is the very best service department I have ever been associated with. My assistant was Mr. Kenneth Jones. I would give him 100 stars if I could!! He was so professional, answered all my questions and got the AC on my car fixed FAST. Now it is indeed “blowing ice cubes”!! THANKS MR. JONES. You are TOPS. Dexter Alexander is the best service consultant. He's professional, polite, and he makes sure the service goes smoothly. Waverly Tate was a very competent and reliable shuttle driver. Both contributed to a successful two day car service experience.

Any time I need my car service I call on Skylar or Dexter. They have the best customer service. I recently stopped in and Skylar helped me this time. He checked in on my daughter and I and kept me abreast of the time frame. Kudos to Skylar and the Wolf Chase team!

It took a while to get the part in, but that's understandable on a new vehicle. The repair was done well and quickly. Shout out to Skylar for keeping me updated the whole way and taking care of everything!!

While the salesman was good (Marcus) and the Finance Manager was good as well, I have a concern with the inventory manager. Initially the car was said to have two key fobs (Lexus), I was only give one fob because the other fob was 'missing'. I was told I would have another fob programmed, but still waiting on this (2 weeks and counting). ***This has cause some distrust with all the car criminal activity going on within the city, how am I to feel comfortable that access to my car is lingering in the hands of another.***Improvement needed with the management of key fobs.This is a matter to yet be resolved.

I was working a deal from out of state with Debra Parks. The experience with her was not the best, she seemed lost in what her job entailed. When wanting to speak numbers, I was referred to a different person. After many calls left unanswered, I was finally contacted by Tim McCary. He then gave me an absolute lowball of a trade in price on my truck. After talking it over with him, he said he could give a few extra thousand. He then said he could work on the price of the car…what do you mean work on it, I’m fine with the MSRP listing price of 29500. He then threw it on me, they had a $6,000 mark up on a Honda Civic. So I wound not recommend doing business here. Absolute lowball trade in prices, markup on their sales, even though they have it listed cheaper.Edit:I made an attempt to reach out to a manager in regards to my experience as I was told to do by email from Wolfchase, however no one provided any answers or help.

I have been taking our Hondas to Wolfchase Honda for service for about 20 years.. They always do what they say they will and don't press me for service I do not want right then. I have never had to take a car back because of a mistake. Dealer labor rates are higher than no-brand mechanics, but with the complexity of modern cars (and Honda in particular) I feel more confident that I will get the right fix the first time by going to an honest dealer.Recently, I had an intermittent problem that seems electrical, and the tech ran some tests that did not reveal the cause. I still have the problem, so I left a less than smiley-face review. The service manager called me a few days later to clarify my concern and promised to work with me until we sort the problem out. We do not know each other, so this was a little beyond my expectations.Update: The problems sort of disappeared during the cold months of Fall and Winter. In Spring they reappeared and became more frequent. When they became almost predictable, I took the truck back in. The service writer that day recognized that John Tierney handled the case previously, so it was assigned to him. As before, he took notes on the problems and told me the shop foreman (the best of the best) would be working on it. After two days of troubleshooting and replacing a couple of suspect parts, it still was not fixed. I brought it back again, and this time they found a trouble code that suggested a few different circuits. After checking the ground connections to those circuits, he found one that was loose and tightened it up. The problems went away, and I am happy to have a very nice vehicle that works as intended. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack, and he found it.

Another great experience at Wolfchase Honda--from scheduling the appointment to identifying the problem (CV axle) followed by a timely fix. They always get it right. Thank you Kenneth Jones for taking care of me--my long distance trip was safe and trouble-free!

I have used Dexter Alexander as a service consultant for years.I couldn't ask for a better service provider. He know my vehicles, currently a2007 Odyssey & 2018 Odyssey. He hooks me up with aacknowledgeable mechanic so that I can convey what i know may be a complex problem which helps him resolve. Plus I learn more about my vehicles as I did as a professional pilot.

I took my car in for oil change 5/4/2023. When I returned home I found black handprints all over my hood and on the side. That is inexcusable!!!!Just wanted to give Sherry and Donnie a big thank you for making everything good again. They had me bring my car in and detailed it. I changed my rating back to 5.
