My husband owns a Nissan Murano and he uses your service center to care for his car. Recently he went for an oil change and diagnostic test to check the car. They've recommended replacing the air conditioning but my husband was not ready to spend money for it yet beside the AC is still working. Since then the car sounded different. Then two weeks ago the car overheated. So he took it to your service center to have it checked. Radiator and bearing in the front wheel need to be replaced. We spent over $2,000 dollars for these. Then last Wednesday the driver side door won't unlock. I question the integrity and honesty of this service center. It's sad because our intention is to build a relationship and trust to the parson/ car service crew to take care of our car. It's really disappointing to have this kind of problem.
