About Cookeville Boat Dock
Cookeville Boat Dock is a nice location on Center Hill Lake and the best launch point for kayaks and other water craft to get to Fancher Falls, about an hour row. It features a lighthouse restaurant that is a hidden gem with tasty catfish and healthy portions. The staff is friendly and super polite. There is also a retail shop with various summer and lake needs. Boat rentals are popular, so booking early is recommended. It offers a great view of the lake and is generally not too crowded.

Beautiful place to fish, kayak, and just enjoy the best of what our world has to offer.
If you've never been, you really need to go see for yourself. Fancher Falls is just a couple mile paddle from here as well.
Definitely be seeing this place again.
