  Raj was amazing! I was having a difficult road trip & my tire pressure light came on. I stopped at another gas station that didn't have an air pump. I came to this station, but the ATM was out of service, so Raj paid for the air for my tires which was so considerate & helpful! Above & beyond what I would have expected at any gas station! Thank you!

  It’s a good day place however the night shift guys was rude and mean. I went and paid for a pack of cigarettes. I mention an old worker and the employee got into my face and called the cops for no reason so I’m not going back for anything again!!!

  Perhaps this location should spend more time trying to run a Gas Station/Convenience Store than a mini gambling hall with their “for entertainment purposes” only gambling machines that are NOT that at all, they are skirting the law just like 3 other “gas stations” in Baxter are doing and encouraging illegal gambling activity by not only adults but by anyone who chooses to feed money into the machines. The community is definitely suffering enough economically already & now gambling addiction is just adding to it. I won’t go in this location or get gas there again as long as they continue to have these casino style machines running. Does anyone regulate this less than above board activity or am I the only one who thinks the Lottery is enough for people to be pumping money into that their families could probably use in a much better way! Shame on you Shell for being part of a huge problem!

  Just stopped in to gas up traveling from Kansas to south Carolina which is a long drive and after purchasing my gas the young lady at the register could obviously tell I was getting pretty tired she offered me a cup of coffee on the house she took the time to walk me over to the coffee bar and showed me all the different flavors of coffee as well as all the condiments that we use in our coffees. She was so efficient, kind, and soft spoken which in today's world those are wonderful attributes to have. I give her a definite 10 stars she's the 2nd shift cashier I believe her name is Joyce if you happen to go into this establishment definitely say hi to her. You would be honored to have met her.

  Please watch these scammers on the prices. Everything I bought was labeled as one price and then rang up much more. I asked the employee and he clearly was not involved and said he would let management know. I will be making a formal complaint because this place is clearly preying on the travelers on I-40.
