I love everything about TJ Maxx! This location has a pretty good variety of stuff although I will say other locations seem to have a bigger variety of purses and bags. But the staff is always friendly and you never wait in line too long.

Sleepy location for a T.J. Maxx. They don’t have the shelves bursting, it just seems like they have very little stock. Virtually no wait in lines and plenty of clearance options.

I don’t live in the area but I had some time to kill so I popped into this location. First of all, the store seemed disorganized and rather over saturated/cluttered with inventory. Secondly, the layout was confusing. There was one section of pet products, and then another section across the aisle. And lastly, most egregious, the cashier I had was extremely rude to me when I simply asked if I should enter my phone number at any time (in case they needed it to look up my account or for a receipt). She said ‘No you don’t need a phone number,’ then at the end when there was a prompt for me to enter my phone number, I said “oh, this is what I meant… This is what I was asking…” she decided to snap off at me and say I was being “rude.“ I guess I somehow offended her fragile ego. I have worked in a retail position before and trust me, I understand that there are situations that are stressful, but her response was so incredibly hurtful and unnecessary. I got a lame “I’m so sorry” from who I suppose is the manager (who was standing right there and likely heard the whole situation unfold, but didn’t intervene until the cashier decided to lash out at me), and I let her know I would not be coming back to this location. Please do better teach your employees to have patience and respect when customers ask questions or clarifying questions.

I bought an accent chair today and wasn’t sure if it would fit in my car. I asked the gentleman cashier if anyone could help me. He kindly said I’ll help you. I am almost 80 years old and that made my day. Thank you for your kindness and assistance.

Love your Bellevue, TN store. All store associates are super helpful and the best is Teresa at the checkout. I've been through Teresa's line before and tried to review based upon the link on my receipt, but I was delayed due to the holidays and the survey expired (??).
Officially, placing this out to the world. Teresa is a great credit to the TJ Maxx organization and I appreciate all of her great customer service.
