We are very disappointed with our purchase from AJD Designs. We spent thousands of dollars for outdoor panels that have started rusting on both sides in less than a year. I reached out to their them and at first they seem very eager to make things right. Then after offering to replace our panels they came back the following week stating the rust must have been from animal urine or something we cleaned the panels with. We have not cleaned the panels and we don't have animals on the second story front porch, where the panels are located. It is sad that you spend so much money on products that companies do not stand behind. I would be cautious before purchasing from this company, especially products for outside use.

We have a few decks and chose to use them instead of a standard railing. Extremely strong and well made. The saleman we worked with was very nice and made sure we knew what we were doing. Tons of compliments. Very fair price and made in USA made it a no brainer.

Received a family name house plate during the holidays. It was beautiful but no idea who had ordered it, & family said they hadn’t!I called Clint & asked if he could just give me the city of the sender, he did pleasantly. Turned out to be a “thank you” gift from a good friend. Contact made.

Very happy with product. We received our name as a house warming gift and thought it would make a great gift for our boys on Father’s Day. So recently ordered theirs. Wished we had known we lived so close but nice to know for future purchases.

I ordered a 24 inch monogram. The sign is very nice. The magnets are useless. I purchased the magnet hangers with a AJD 24 inch monogram .. they will NOT hold a 24 x 24 inch sign that this company makes. The sign started sliding down immediately.

I must say I was a little apprehensive to make a site unseen purchase like this. I wasn't sure if it would actually live up to the hype I saw in pictures and reviews. I still did move forward with the purchase obviously. I figured if I didn't like it I would just make it a good learning experience of what not to purchase online. This was well worth the risk. Great looking product and I would honestly purchase something again from them. Fast shipping! My ONLY regret is not getting the 36" version. I think I would have really liked it more! But 24" I'm super happy with.

We were BEYOND satisfied with our recent purchase and buying experience with this organization! We could not believe the quality and craftsmanship of the custom order we received - we did not expect it to be as well made as it was upon receipt! The panels are flawless and heavy weight (which is a relief to us given it will be our panels for our upstairs balcony loft!) We ordered EZ Fit panels. We ordered three pieces for our stove top...I requested a brushed metal look...I received three raw, unfinished, and heavily oiled pieces...I contacted them to Express my disappointment...They were not only disinterested, they were a tad snide....

We ordered two panel inserts for our balcony and they are beautiful! I love, love these.. especially at night. The glow from a light behind them almost looks like ice on the trees.Quality product and they are very responsive to messages.Beyond pleased!!
