Apparently you pay bogus credit card charges whether they have the products they say they have in stock or not. Unacceptable customer service. The majority of the employees are rude with the exception of two. I thought this would be our go-to feed and supply store as well as all of our family who moved to the area. It will not.

Pretty neat place to shop, if in the area. They are much like an ACE Hardware and that's good. Keeps me from running back into Cleveland to get small items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank You!

Little pricey but usually have what I'm looking for and the staff are always very helpful whether the ones helping you inside or the guys that help loading things outside. They are a Great place to stop for your local hardware and more needs. Thank Burgess Hardware
