I love that it’s local and the people that work there are super nice but the company overall is terrible. they have the highest fees of any bank I’ve ever been with, their apps are very glitchy and there’s been times it didn’t work at all. they’ve messed up depositing checks before, and let my debit card expire without sending me a new one. Overall disappointing.

I recently moved here and switched banks to First Volenteer. I tried to get paperless statements by myself online, but I couldn’t get it to work. I went to the bank and Heather was pleased to help me. She took me step by step and we got it done together. I have been to other banks and she is the nicest teller I have had. She is so patient, friendly and helpful. Her professional and caring personality is why this is the best place to bank. Thank you Heather!

I can always count on great service from Paula on all my loan needs or really just anything I need help with.. I use First Volunteer Bank motor bank in Benton, TN. Kelly Hicks is THE BEST!!!! She has the best personality and is ALWAYS smiling no matter what's going on around her. She's very knowledgeable about her job and more than happy to help with anything you bring to her. Kelly deserves recognition because she's a people person and was made for that job! I hate when they put her in the main branch because I miss her smiling face!

Great employees at the Benton office! Kelly & company are always so friendly and really keep the drive-thru moving seamlessly! Paula is very knowledgeable and experienced - she does what she says she's going to do and doesn't let anything fall through the cracks along the way; really just is a jack of all trades in the banking industry. Definitely recommend! You are in good hands with the ladies at the Benton office!
