Had an app for alignment at 2, I arrived and was told they couldn't do it today because they'd ordered the wrong parts for the truck that was already on the rack from yesterday. That's understandable things happen. The problem is they could have called this morning instead of waiting on me to show up to tell me. I also never got an apology I thought maybe it was prob run better than its prior business name but it's the same 1 in the office just diff name
