“The company itself is corporate owned, with multiple shareholders and multiple problems… the manager, Shane, is an excellent person, and the employees are top notch. All of them are hamstrung by the beaurocracy… it’s not their fault that phone hold times and all other service/delivery issues associated with a corporate company is the main issue. The local office/local feel has disappeared.”
