Quite, clean, sweet people, mail is always on time, will go out of their way to figure out stuff for you even if it isn't on them. I have no problems with this post office.

Brandy specifically, but truly everyone who has helped me here is extremely kind and accommodating. They have gone above and beyond when there were problems with my new construction address was showing invalid in USPS system for the last 2 months despite my new Postmaster in Texas filing things several times. But the Benton staff made sure my mail hold did not expire as we sorted through the mess with the county and corporate USPS two months. The Benton staff even manually forwarded some of my important tax documents to me that were held in limbo there. They always answered my questions and did their best to help when ever I called, all the way up till today when my address change/forwarding was finally fixed with corporate USPS. These folks in Benton will do whatever they can to take care of their customers with a kindness and care. Even someone like myself that has moved out of their area. Brandy and the full team in Benton have always been there when they were needed.

Postal employee does not deliver mail packages at front door but leaves it on open side porch where it gets ruined.

Always delivers my mail to 135 popular st Benton Tn 37307 my address is 135 commerce st Benton Tn 37307 and I get theirs they are the next street over from me . Today I was expecting a package from Amazon and it says it was put in my mailbox and it’s not there what is up with these people are they not paying attention and just want to go home Damn !

This place is hands down the worst post office experience I've ever had in decades. We travel a lot and have used po boxes all over the country, yet if you rent a po box here, they don't seem to fulfill the need one would typically use a po box for. They send your mail back to the sender if you don't pick it up within 15 days. They don't call or make any effort to inform you of this. Furthermore, if you ship something there using a carrier they don't "support" they will charge you shipping again. Example, I spent about $140 to send a laptop from Florida to here. Because it was sent via a carrier(I think it was ups) they don't "support" they charged me another $120 or so to pick it up. I have no idea what purpose this post office serves besides selling stamps at this point. I've had phenomenal experiences with the USPS and will not let this experience sour my respect for the organization. Just stay clear of this facade of a post office.

Lovely people, but worst hours ever. I get off night shift they are closed. I wake up, they close at 4pm so I'm rushing to get there. At least open at 8am instead of 830am, thats such a weird time. But ideal hours would be 7am to 5pm. I don't know how first shift workers ever get anything done at the post office with the current 830am to 4pm hours. Hope to see this change someday.
