“While driving towards Hornsby on 64 for work, an unknown object punctured the sidewall of my tire. It was 90 plus degrees and pouring rain when we called this service - and they came to the rescue immediately. I was only a couple of blocks from the job they were on, but I don't doubt that service would have been just as prompt otherwise. Told me up front that my tire could not be fixed as a result of the damage and that they did not have my particular tire in stock. They installed my spare at a most reasonable price and recommended a possible stop at another tire shop on the way back home to Jackson if I felt it was necessary to replace it immediately.
They deserve a 6 or a 7 on a scale of 5. Friendly, polite and efficient!”
