“I have lived in this area since 2009! Never had an issue until two days ago. I was finally able to call the post office today! The lady answered the phone on the first ring! She placed me on a very brief hold to send me to the supervisor! He was extremely professional and kind hearted! I returned the favor and showed him the same courtesy! He explained to me why the problem happened and assured me he spoke with the carrier on route that day. He assured me that it shouldn’t happen again! Obviously no one can guarantee how a carrier will handle a package. I totally understand that! I appreciate all carriers! They work hard, and are extremely busy! He continued explaining to me how to go to the website and make a formal complaint. I told him I did not want to do that! The new carrier made a mistake and hopefully learned from it! No need to bash them further!! I have seen that today. The carrier placed my package at my front door! Thank you!”
