“They found and replaced leaky hose and cracked coolant reservoir, replaced the belt that you had to take a motor mount loose to fix. Did a great job and did it reasonably. Also had to tow it in.”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable people. They have lots of rebuilt starters and alternators, or can rebuild yours quickly, or can order a new starter or alternators in one day in most instances. They could not source a housing to rebuild my starter so they ordered a new one in for me overnight at 1/2 the price the box stores were selling rebuilt starters”

“Wife had to have new tires on her suv so we went back to what I have always known as east Knoxvilles tire store. I had done quite a bit of my own research and had an idea of what tires I wanted to consider. Henderson Tire offered me all the tires I mentioned at reasonable prices and offered other tires on both ends of my budget (value tires and premium).
The service area is always staffed with friendly and helpful people who will gladly answer your questions and make you feel welcome while your there. They are the biggest draw for me as I always want a recommendation from the people who put them on and see how they wear when they take them off.
Overall, the atmosphere is friendly and they are always glad to help out. My son picked up two screws in one of his tires last year and he just pulled in Hendersons without an appointment and they immediately took care of my 20 year old bewildered offspring with great service and tire repair that saved him a fortune on an AWD car.
They are not a fancy store with tv's everywhere or people running around in Nascar uniforms but they are friendly and probably deliver better value and better service.
I appreciate them and already have plans to return when I get a few more miles on my 4wd for an all terrain tire they showed me today.
