“They found and replaced leaky hose and cracked coolant reservoir, replaced the belt that you had to take a motor mount loose to fix. Did a great job and did it reasonably. Also had to tow it in.”

“I appreciate that Mike's did an excellent job on my big car dent caused by a fallen tree. They worked with my insurance even when they (the insurance) made a mistake.
The car was completed in the allotted time frame they gave me. Very pleasant and friendly guy. Would return to this place if I ever had to again.
Note: it took a couple of months before they could work on my car. They are very busy. My car was driveable despite the dent, so I didn't mind the wait. I am glad I waited because of the fine work they did.”

Angela at the front desk is an absolute powerhouse. She multitasks like a machine while somehow still being the sweetest, most patient human ever.
