“I love visiting this bank of trust. They were so easy to work with when my parents were both very sick and were scrambling to get me on their account so we had funds to access. Jodi has notarized stuff for me several times and is always so nice about it. Even though I'm in Johnson City if I have something to do that involves going to the bank, I have family in Bristol and will make a day out of it and visit their branch specifically. The Johnson City postal service has been asked to please hold my mail with my new Direct Express card and I need to go there and pick it up. If any of the commercial & savings banks would be able to simply give me a new card I would have access to my money.”

“They are the best group of people that I have ever have to deal with. I go out if my way to go to Boone's Creek office, when needing banking help or a loan. They make it easy to understand anything you need. Will help you out on anything you might not understand. And there protection for your accounts is great.
