“Both Betsy and JoAnn were so very helpful when we were almost scammed on our internet, and they got to our account, and made it look like they were able to take out all of our money from all of our accounts. Betsy and JoAnn took charge of the situation and we had to communicate via writing notes since I went to the bank in person and had to keep the person on the phone. They walked me through what to do and got our accounts offline right away, and then we were able to change passwords and usernames after a few days of the online being shut off to further communications. They calmed me down and made me feel better about the dumb thing that I did - not from them from me. They were just happy that I came in and were able to at least get information that they could hopefully get to the tech department to hopefully stop these awful people from trying to do this to someone else. I also want to thank the Bank of Tennessee for all of your safety measures. These two wonderful Customer Relations Ladies that you have working for you deserve a bonus. Very friendly at all loactions however we have been judged by our appearance at the Johnson City locations by one individual. Morristown and Bristol are top shelf. “I love visiting this bank of trust. They were so easy to work with when my parents were both very sick and were scrambling to get me on their account so we had funds to access. Jodi has notarized stuff for me several times and is always so nice about it. Even though I'm in Johnson City if I have something to do that involves going to the bank, I have family in Bristol and will make a day out of it and visit their branch specifically.
