“Check in was efficient and cheerful. I had exceptional service from two employees, one at check in (male at desk Oct 16, 4pm) and a female at check out (Nov 2, noon). I'm sorry I didn't get their names but both employees exceeded my expectations in helpful service. I was using a wheelchair and both of those kind, caring employees went above and beyond their duties. Both employees assisted with luggage. The male wheeled me to my car. The female returned my car and went on a lengthy walk to find a wheelchair for me. They were phenomenal in assistance and caring. It was all done with a smile, humans helping a human in need. I will rent from Thrifty again with no hesitation.”

“Services provided at terminal were attentive and great. The return process was not clear. No one mentioned to just follow signs and park in any open National Rental Car parking space. In Tennessee head lights are required when driving in the rain, when you did this the information screen would dim making it impossible to see. Diving deep into menus would not reveal the solution.”
