Horrible! 0/5 stars if I could. First, I was given a truck instead of the car class I chose (Toyota Camry size). Second, to get the correct size I had to come back the next day by 5 pm, cutting my time with an old friend short. Third, when I returned the car I made sure to take a picture of the dash showing the mileage and that the gas tank was full, as I always do. Three days later they fraudulently charged me $13 dollars for 1 gallon of fuel. I have called for the past week and a half and am always told “the manager will look into this tomorrow” but never get a call back. I have called and even spoke with the manager who assured me she would reverse the charge and she acknowledged my picture showed the vehicle was full of fuel but still no reversal of the charge. All of this is contingent upon the fact that I even get through because 90% of the time they don’t answer their phone and they have no voicemail setup either. My emails go unread too because every time I call they tell me to send a picture via email which I have already done three times now. It’s not the money that bothers me, it’s the principle of this company giving me the wrong car, making me come back from my visit to get the right car, and then falsely charging me for fuel when I have proof I returned it full. Then they don’t even have the courage to answer my calls or emails and be a decent company. I don’t plan on ever renting from this Hertz again, as they are an independent company (GSP Transportation out of SC), and not the corporate Hertz. This is probably why every time I book out of this location the cars are never correct like they are at a corporate Hertz. Overall, go to the other companies at the TRI airport vs this one (and Dollar/Thrifty that are also owned by GSP). They will fraudulently charge you for things and then not have the decency to reverse the charge when they realize they were caught. I can only imagine how many other people they are fraudulently charging...

Great experience, super quick easy to get to my car great car. The only complaint is the price of the insurance if bought through them. I went ahead and got the insurance and it was just as much as the car rental. But I didn't want to have to worry about anything happening to it and having to be responsible. Otherwise the experience was great the drop off was super easy and got to my plane on time

Arrived at airport - never been before. NO taxis and very poor uber/lyft availability. Asked Hertz booth ( I am Presidents club status which they did not know yet) and they gave me a card for a potential driver. Would be 20-30 minutes. My hotel was the time to drive and same distance. So I asked if any cars were available - indeed yes. Handed them my drivers licence and the rest is history. Delightfully nice people as well.

Hertz always gives me a good deal. Their cars are clean and love the ease of getting in and getting out. The return process is also easy I love working with this company and will do so again.

The worst car rental company ever. I called and placed a reservation for a car the lady over the phone took down my info and then gave me confirmation number. I'm without a vehicle at the moment so I had to use Uber which cost me $60 to get to the airport I get to the front desk and was rudely told that my debit card was not going to work the lady over the phone didn't have a issue .my time and money was wasted and I'm a gold member it shows that they are not considered about the customer I will never use this car company and nether will my friends or family

Absolutely awful! I was in an accident in my rental vehicle of no fault of myself. I waited for 3 hours for a tow truck. When I got to hertz and turned in my vehicle I was pressured to complete the accident report there before they were to give me a replacement vehicle, even though I asked to do it online within the 24 hour period. Once the report was done they refused to give me a replacement vehicle, and said because I had turned the car in, and because it was technically due back that day (10:30pm) it was 11am that it was just considered a early return. They refused to refund me, and attempted a claim on my insurance, despite the police report. I feel traumatized more by the service of Hertz rental than of my accident; and I was hit at 60 miles an hour when I was at a complete stop. Absolutely awful, go somewhere else! It’s worth it!

Probably the best car rental experience we’ve had. Roy worked with us to make sure our car would be available for us with our late arrival. A true gentleman. I would hire him in a minute!
