Why do I have to wait FOREVER for you to fill a prescription that you've called me 15 times to tell me is ready? And the WORST customer service EVER!!!!!

Staff is rude. I wait 1-2 days after the prescription has been called in and still have to wait. Constantly out of medicine causing me to have to make 2-3 trips for one refill.

I recently visited the Walgreens located on Feathers Chapel Rd. in Louisville, TN, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
First, I encountered issues with customer service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in assisting customers, leading to long wait times at the checkout. Additionally, when I asked for help finding a specific product, the response was dismissive, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the store was concerning. Several aisles were disorganized, and I noticed that some shelves were not stocked properly, making it difficult to find what I needed.
Overall, my visit to this Walgreens was disappointing, and I hope they can improve their service and store conditions in the future.
I would leave -5 stars if that was an available option.

Tired of being told by morning shift that a prescription is ready and then having to wait 15-20 for evening shift to get it ready. Amazon pharmacy here I come, and if you’re reading this I would suggest you do the same.

Two types of staff at the pharmacy - the babies who are sweet enough but would be hard pressed to score over 70 on an IQ test and the elder more knowledgeable staff who can't answer a question without being as rude as possible. The pharmacist is the worst. Maybe she needed more training on people skills than pill counting. Go across the street to food city, save money and be treated better.

Don’t bother. I called about a prescription and whoever was on the phone was very rude. She told me to figure things out myself when it was something I couldn’t do. If you hate your job go work at the McDonald’s beside it
