We run a small business and use multiple usps locations at different times in our area and the bluff city location is by far the best for customer service. Shannon is always helpful,pleasant,and professional and you could not ask for a better representative of this organization.

This location sets the example of what a local post office should be. Clean facility with a friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff, and less crowded than the other area offices. Always a nice experience working with the Bluff City Post Office!
