I’ve been coming here for years whenever I visit family. It doesn’t really change but they are currently renovating it.
I know this is kind of middle of nowhere, low population, so don’t expect loads of fresh food or organic healthy food. Lots of overly processed, overly sugary foods. Very basic options as far as everything else to.
BUT the theft must be hardcore here. The self check out is ruthless. You can’t put stuff on the scale before weighing, if you don’t immediately put something in the bag after scanning or you put something out of order, it’ll beep, pause and call and associate.
No tap or Apple Pay at self checkout. Not sure about the regular check out, I. The past it also was not accepted there. Basically this a very behind the times place given castoffs presumably due to a smaller population.

Apparently they don’t give change because the staff is not allowed to do match on the job. We needed a roll of quarters and couldn’t get that.
However - an employee shopper - Phil - was super helpful several times as this store is under renovations and is a mess inside.

The store was very clean and well stocked. The customer service was good. They actually had cashiers instead of using self checkout. It was not crowded either. This location may become my go-to store in the future

They push self checkout like they’re too stupid to know they’re bidding for the unemployment lines. I could go on all night but what for, save yourself the headache, they don’t have it or don’t want to unpack it for you and want you to checkout yourself and be harassed by lazy people who want to accuse you of theft when they could’ve opened a register and rang you up themselves.
