There was a minor accident while I was taking delivery of some lumber today, but Watson has been quick to resolve the issue. I ended up not accepting delivery for about half my order due to the accident, and they had replacement materials to me within just a couple of hours. The delivery driver was awesome to work with and went out of his was to help resolve the situation. People and companies should be judged by how they handle situations when things go wrong, not if unforeseen circumstances happen. Watson Metals showed their true customer service today and now have a customer for life. I look forward to working with them in the future on some larger orders coming up. Their sales reps were quick, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing was fair, and although we had a minor mishap, the driver today handled everything like a pro, and was relaxed and easy to resolve the situation with.”
