Came in today to pay my bill where Noah helped me with a detailed overview of it as he made great suggestions that helped me lower my bill for my current plan and upgraded my phones to the iPhone 15 pro max and the S24 ultra. Noah also helped me with my home internet where he gave me fiber optical service which is way faster then my older service provider xfinity.

This is not normally my way to go about an issue; however it is about my last resort at this point. I traded in my perfectly good-working iPhone 12 at this store on 8/14/23… was told it was worth trade in value of $700 plus I would “get an Apple Watch” with trade in upgrade. I thought that seemed strange but I knew there was a $200 upgrade credit deal going on plus I was getting a new health care worker discount so my bill would basically be the same even if paying small amount for new phone and watch. Well…. Long story short my phone is now missing “there is no evidence of a trade in” and I haven’t gotten the $200. So I am paying full price for new phone and watch. I have now called multiple times, been told to wait 2-3 billing cycles and gotten lots of “ it’s being looked into”. Pretty sure ATT wouldn’t be happy if I stole $900 from them like they have from me. Small fun fact the person that attended to me this day seems to no longer be there. Hmm.

I was dressed down and berated by Jeremiah after waiting for one hour in line; I thought someone had stepped in front of me and said “excuse me, I think I was next”. - he went on to dress me down in front of the store - and I truly believe this would have not happened if I were white. He was extraordinarily and unforgivably rude - and on my birthday - after waiting for an hour told me to go to another store.

Hello. I can’t believe I had this experience at a retail store that I have visited in the past with no issues. I saw an AT & T commercial about the new IPHONE 15. Walked into the store to inquire about it and the sales person who was outside the store walked in quickly behind me. He actually Stood at the door for a while telling me about the phone before I asked if I could actually see the phones since we had been standing at the front door for 15 minutes ? He took me to the phone area where I inquired about the prices. He told me it was based on my account. I then asked if he could tell me if I owed anything and went to look up my account. I was asked for my drivers license . I replied I don’t have my license on me but I have my passcode for my account. He said no can only access account with drivers license. I replied why do I have a passcode on my account then? He said that was a thing 5 years ago, I have had my phone less than 3 years but whatever. I then replied I have a 4 year nephew who has an iPhone he doesn’t have a license. Jeremiah, who was the manager and also my sales person then told me i was being unruly and needed to leave the store. Which I replied no, your the manager I’m not leaving I need you to figure out how to help your customers. He then said he was calling the police on me for not leaving the store . I was like I have not raised my voice, cussed or did anything wrong, but call the police because at this point the entire situation feels racist. He called 911 on me. Told the operator I have another one of them in my store. What does that even mean Jeremiah? 3 cop cars show up and guess what Jeremiah has apparently called 911 several times on customers. Unacceptable!!! Do better AT&T

Marcus was extremely knowledgeable and helped make a nightmare situation from moving away from xfinity really simple. He got us deals for new phones, tons of trade in credit, and not to mention, AT&T has super reliable phone service. Never switching back to xfinity.

My Samsung flip phone was broken and could not be turned on. The ATT store sent me to Asurion for help. Asurion could not help because the warranty was expired. I went back to ATT to purchase another phone, at which time they told me I could just trade in my broken phone at no charge. I did this and before leaving asked if it was ready to use. The sales guy responded “yes”. And told me to download my contacts from the old phone via Google then bring the old one back in within 30 days. This occurred on 8/23/2023.On 8/26/2023 I brought the old broken inaccessible phone back, well within the 30 days. The sales guy told me that it had to be charged up and erased, which can’t be done because it’s broken. He told me I need to come back when the guy that helped me earlier in the week is there. I asked why he can’t do so. His response was “Times have changed.”Extremely poor customer service and I will be changing my carrier from ATT immediately.

When I walked into the AT&T store a staff member greeted me with a smile. He invited me to sit on a stool and asked me how he could help. I told him my problem and he fixed it for me. He answered all my questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable as he worked on my phone. He invited me back if I had any more issues. I felt that I could trust him and am happy he is there. This experience made me feel better about using AT&T as my carrier.

Had an issue and I couldn't get a hold of anyone as the department I needed doesn't work on a Saturday. Instead of helping, they just transfered me to the same department that is not working. And I even told the guy why I was calling and thenproblem I ran into. Way to pass the buck.

Just visited store. Young man did not acknowledge my presence while in the store. Instead flirted with a customer while eating cupcakes. I spent 30 minutes giving him a moment to at least tell me when he was finished he would assist. I ended up buying the fold z4 online and left. Won't be back to this location. If I experience to more of this customer serivce with att. I will consider going to another provider.

Went to the store to pay my bill, and was greeted with a lovely atmosphere filled with peppy music. It was a nice change of pace from most stores that I have been to, and the rep provided excellent service!

The Brentwood is the best AT&T store that I have been to, and I think they provide the best customer service in the area! I went in with 1 phone and a massive bill, but I left with a significantly lower bill and several new phones! 10/10 customer service!
