I was very happy with this branch when it was bancorpsouth. However, since Cadence took over things started to take a steep decline in service. The CD terms are confusing and the notices are geared to trap you in a low term as they send you a note urging you to agree to a percentage that is unknown by the date. But how could one call to renew when the percentage is not known. They normally send you a note of percentage after the term has begun. This is misleading and traps the customers to a very low rate after the term. This is the 2nd time that this has happened and the customer service is unacceptable. When I call them they defer me to other employees and branches and they never return a voice mail. I know I call Mr. Gardner twice and he never returned my calls. I'm closing my accounts here after 20 years and I do not advise anyone to bank with them.

Went here to cash a refund check from school. I will say this, The bank has extensive security measures against check fraud. As a business owner myself, protecting my money is something I can appreciate. Spent about an hour there getting all the phone calls and proper authorizations pushed through. Pam was very respectful to me and my time and helped me navigate through each frustration to be able to finish my transaction. I do not personally bank here, but if you need a secure bank for high volume investment, this would be a great consideration

Worse experience ever dealing with Pam. Had a school refund check sent to me within their bank and because my school is online and based out of Florida, she wouldn’t cash a out of area check with my name and my address on it. Not to mention while I was inside a gentleman was trying to help his mother out and the clerk refused to assist without his elderly mother present. If you don’t have the means to help people you don’t need to be open for business. I was lord to and humiliated and wasted gas and time. When I arrived at the drive thru I was told to come inside to so they can count the money in front of me, cool, when I got inside she was calling about 8 people trying to see if my check was real. The racism is at an all time high and it’s sickening. I’m sure if I had her skin complexion I would have my check cashed with ease.
