Mary was amazing, she knew just what I needed and was quick to help when no one else was.

Three ATMs help with you rarely having to wait. Last time I was there, I saw a sign that drove through was replaced by an ATM like device; I but use it, so I cannot evaluate how good it is.The bank is well localized and very easy to see from the road. It also has a large parking lot, if you want to walk into the building to talk to a person

I've been a customer of Bank of America since 2007. I've been to this location maybe 3 times to do transactions and each time the tellers make me feel uncomfortable to withdraw or deposit funds into my account. I just moved to Huntsville Alabama a year ago from Georgia and this is the closest location to me. This location is not welcoming at all. I've considered closing my account if I have to do transactions at this specific bank. FYI I've never experienced anything like this at any BOA outside of this one.

While going through a very difficult situation involving legal matters, the staff at this location was unhelpful. No one answers the phone when you call so you are forced to go to the location to speak to someone. When that occurs, they give you a card and tell you to call customer service which is automated so it cannot provide any assistance since you need to talk to a real person. When you email the banking staff directly, they do not reply. Overall, BOA provides horrible customer service and I recommend doing business with anyone else. It's been over 3 weeks since I first contacted them, and they still fail to provide any guidance or insight into resolving my issue.

Bank of America does not have Drive Up Tellers at this branch. Only ATM's outside. Also inside was a long line with only 2 tellers.

RACISM!!! Never wrote a bad review in my life. But I will give a 0 star if I could. The cashier “Mary” was being very unprofessional and RACIST. I needed to get a check this morning and wrote down the amount needed for safety reasons. When Mary saw the numbers, she asked if I wrote them in my language (assuming my ethnicity based on how I look). Then she wrote down the numbers again and said “See this is right, yours is wrong”. After this, she yelled out loud the amount I was getting for some unknown reasons which made it audible to everybody in the bank. I felt really bad and unsafe after I walked out of the bank.I have never experienced racism in my life and will never go to this bank anymore.

Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes while only one teller was helping one Customer. Line never moved and no Manager appeared to care to add another teller or move the one customer who had paperwork being completed to someone else. Time to move my money to a bank who can staff properly.

Muhammad at this location was unhelpful and willing to only do the bare minimum in scheduling a time for me to set up a new trust account, and I’m a so called “platinum honors preferred member”. He also referred to me as “Mister”. Please get better customer service.

What a shame. Between my wife and I, we had 30 combined years of service at Bank of America as employees. I had come into this branch before, on Moore's Lane, to have my 8 year old son added to a savings account of ours that we have been building for him. They asked that we bring him by and it would only take a minute to get him added, and away we would be. Exciting for him, as he'd have his own account he could access, with a debit card and all! Today I bring him by, at 4:30 on the nose (the lobby is open until 5). We are prepared with IDs, a check to deposit, and tons of excitement. When we walk in we are asked if we have an appointment- no we don't, but this should only take a minute I was told. Welp - not today...there are no appointments available and supposedly everyone was already helping clients. Hmmm...there are literally 0 cars in front of the bank (there are a couple in the back, which are backed into shade spots - presumably employees). There are 0 other customers in the lobby or back in the offices that I can see - but I see appx 4 employees there. I ask if there's anyway they can help us out or squeeze us in. Nope..unfortunately not she says. But, I can call back to make an appointment. We leave, distraught. My son doesn't understand why they couldn't help us. I can't either. I call the phone number to the branch on the way home, twice....option 4 rings the branch says the auto attendant. Nobody answers..either time. What a shame and a disgrace. No wonder people are leaving the big banks in droves...I've had accounts here over 20 years. Business accounts. Mortgages. Retirement accts through Merrill Lynch - and I can't even get through the lobby or a phone call answered. Shame on you Bank of America.
