No one answers the phones, wait times in the clinic are always over an hour, and usually multiple, and if you need anything done STAT, then be prepared to wait days.

The NP named Payten was absolutely awful when we went in with our 1 year old. No compassion or bedside manner and completely condescending. Avoid the walk-in clinic if you have needs beyond a standard check-up.

Thank god for Dr. Swarr. Definitely the best doctor you’ll ever have. He truly cares for all his patients and actually hears what you say. So thankful I’ve been a patient of his for years now.

Updated: 6 yrs later…Decided to try this office again and their billing department still is horrible. The doctor is nice enough but insurance didn’t cover any of my visit and getting approval for my bill to be self paid is a struggle. You can’t talk to anybody in the doctors office in the billing department and they redirect you to the corporate office which none of them are friendly and try to help you.The billing department is horrible. I just received a bill in the mail and the lady is already calling me to make this months payment. She also (for the second time) has left me a message refering to my daughter as a boy. Never going here again.

Overall it’s a great place the doctors are wonderful and the nurses thats actually on the floor are great but the nursing supervisor is the worst she has more vacation days then the owners never know what’s going on out on the floor but always have some type of in put without know the full situation never works any weekends or Monday which is not fair she schedules everyone else to work even when there not suppose to just so she can be off she is the absolute worst and need to be looked at she attitude sinks I wish upper management would take a look at what she’s up to behind the scene. As I stated great place overall but will lose staff and patients because of her #make cool springs internal medicine great again get rid of her!!! That’s why I give them 2 stars she brings down the value of a great place

When there to day and I’m must say Dominique was a pleasure surprise my experience with her was just amazing she made me feel comfortable secured and at ease and the other nurses and doctors was just great I definitely with be changing my pc there

I liked them ok until I was actually sick. found out later they could have called in a prescription during a window of time I was there but didn't. I'm done, rather go somewhere I can see someone who seems to care.

I'm looking for a new general practitioner and I've called repeatedly and left messages twice over the last two weeks to see if they are taking on new patients. No one ever answers the phone and I have yet to get a call back. The doctors may be great, but I wouldn't know.

Dr Karlekar has been my internal medicine PCP and the pediatrician for my daughter for over 10 years. It can be challenging to find a good doctor sometimes but we found the best with her. I’m so thankful for such great care.

Although we love Dr. Dannenberg, the wait when you have an appointment is usually 45+ minutes. When you’ve scheduled an appointment, it doesn’t mean that you have all the time after free.

Dr. Karlekar is our family doctor for past 6+ years, she is super awesome, listens very carefully all the questions and respond additionally follow up consistently. Our family is so satisfied with her support!

With Dr Edmundson, I always feel like I'm his only patient he'll see today! With him as I age my health improves. I'm no longer a diabetic, high blood pressure gone and all numbers improved. So glad he knows how to watch his own mental and physical health.

Dr. Karlekar is very thorough in diagnosing the cause of sickness. So far we as family of 4 are very happy with her treatment. The way she responds to our questions on patient portal is extremely helpful. We have and will continue to recommend Dr. Karlekar to near ad dear ones.
