Josh and Mary were so easy to work with! They made our move so easy! Josh was so thorough and very careful with our furniture! They are very prompt, knowledgeable, and are extremely good at what they do! We would recommend them highly if you want a smooth move!!

Cool Springs Relocation, LLC moved me from Chicago, IL to Franklin,TN. I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The business is run with a commitment to integrity and wisdom gained from the many different types of moves completed. Communication from start to finish was clear, timely, and courteous. They are committed to a team concept that values the importance of preparation, being knowledgeable about what is being moved, and how best to move the items successfully with out damage to the item or the residence. It rained the morning of my move out day. Josh had materials on hand to protect my items from getting wet and adjusted to the time delays without complaint. Everything was well documented and handled carefully, including a short time of climate control storage in TN before my move in date. I give them a 5 star rating. Theresa H

Cool Springs Relocation LLC handled our recent move and they are absolutely GREAT! Mary, Josh and their team helped us with packing, loading and unloading of all of our household items in our relocation to Franklin, TN. They showed up on time and took great care with furniture and all of our household items. They carefully and precisely boxed and wrapped all of our items so that everything arrived perfectly at our new home. They kept us very well informed throughout the entire move process. If you are looking for a highly professional company to handle your next move, then Cool Springs Relocation is the only choice. We are very, very happy we selected them.

Team was wonderful to work with - from scheduling the move to the actual move. I had to reschedule at last minute and they were very understanding and worked with me to get my move scheduled. The men who came to do my move were very professional and friendly and good to work with. They took excellent care of my things and were just a joy to work with. Joshua and his team were absolutely top notch. He arrived, on time and in a shirt and tie for our quote. He and his team showed up to do our packing and move - they worked tirelessly all day for 3 days. All his staff were extremely professional - I believe they're all background checked and experts in the industry. They packed and moved our house with great care. I was shocked to see how much detail goes into making sure things are properly cared for. You can certainly hire less expensive movers, but if you want your things well taken care of and to feel comfortable with other people handing your house, Cool Springs Relocation is the place to call.

Just to give you a heads up I called left a message on the machine with a woman's voice and I never even got a return call back for the move. This place was referred by my real estate agent. I let her know three days later I still never heard from this Fly by night outfit and not to recommend them any further. What a joke of a place
