I went to this Dollar Tree on Thanksgiving Day. There were 3 employees I believe and no customers. I went to the back to the party supplies area and could not find what I came for. I found a lady that was stocking the shelves about these plastic punch bowls. I showed her the exact name from the Dollar Tree website. She looked annoyed and said yeah there in the back but I'm not digging around to find them. I would understand if they were busy but they weren't. Her customer service skills need a lot of improvement or she needs to work away from the public. Also the whole store looked like they were out of everything. You could see tons of boxes in the back around the isles that needed to be put out, it looked they had not put out stock in a couple of weeks.

Public ALERT!!!! They do not have trees for $1...In fact, they don't have any trees at all. However, they did have some quick and in expensive ($1.25) car cleaning items like Armor All, window cleaner, tire & rim cleaner, and new car scent. Just what I was looking for. Lots of items at reduced prices. No long lines. Quick in and out.

Walked in Sunday 7/30/2023 not a single person in site. Ok. I walk the store, got my items I came for, went to the register. Nothing.. No Employees anywhere. I left the products at the register, and left. There's serious issues at this store with their Management and Employees. This location really needs to be investigated by corporate. Not the first time I've experienced off putting situations in this store. Do Better!

Please train employees not to spit on their fingers before touching bags and merchandise. This is the third store in Tennessee I’ve witness this happen in. Put hand sanitizer out at the registers if they can’t figure out how to open a bag without moisture.

Unethical store, they charge you for items you didn’t buy and if you realize it and question it, the manger was nasty and rude and refused to check cameras or even apologizeIt doesn’t appear to be innocent mistake, seems to be a common practice that they know how to respond to

Manager rude as hell. Can hear him yelling through out the store. Has no customer service bone in his body.

SO rude and refused to give me his name after he was so rude to me. Would not answer my questions about balloons. His behavior quickly escalated and he yelled at me “I already told you we don’t have helium. I won’t give you my name or any other information at all-I don’t have to!”He definitely scared my children (and me) and many people in the store were staring.I drove to Franklin to get balloons and spoke with the manager-she told me his name is Paul and he is the manager in Brentwood-I was shocked! She also told me they have almost daily complaints about him!!!I requested the DM name and contact-will be contacting her because clearly the company doesn’t care seeing they continue to employ him after how badly he continually treats customers. It’s VERY concerning that his behavior could escalate so quickly from a simple question!

Horrible, rude obnoxious attitude of the Salesperson at the register at CoolSprings/Brentwoodlocation! He was most likely the Manager and I have had a similar experience with him in the past. Charged me extra for an item & refused to give me refund or credit even though it was his mistake & at 1st denied that he rang 1 item extra. No apology or remorse for his mistake just outright rude behavior.Doesn't he know the economy is run by us consumers!
