Switched to Fifth Third due to customer service issues at previous bank. Opening account was seamless. Called in to get help with mobile deposit limit. Worker who I spoke with said she would need to talk to someone else but would give me a call back. Over a week later and no call back is extremely disappointing. Hope this type of service is not what I should expect moving forward or it will be a short lived relationship with 5th/3rd.

My bank person was Madison and she went well beyond for me has a new customer. She made me feel like I was number one when setting up my account. Time had past by and I had an issue with my account and app was locked due to changing phone numbers and phone. I tried for weeks to get it fixed at a branch and online, and it seemed like no one really cared to fix my issue. Madison was no longer at the branch and she transferred to the branch in Franklin to become the bank manager. I called her branch and she had me up an running in a few hours. I know that bank has 100’s of customer but she put me first and I felt like an MVP. Thank you Madison for a great customer experience.

I had an insurance check that needed to be endorsed by 5/3 since they are the mortgage holder in order to repair roof damage. I was at the location for roughly 1.5 hours for something I was told would only take about 30'.Issue was not resolved since I had to get back to work. I left my contact number and was told they would get back to me once it was done; 24 hours and did not hear back from them. I called in to talk to an "Austin" who was handling the issue but was told someone would call me back. The motto of this bank should definitely not be "making banking a 5/3 better." It's endorsing an insurance check! How many bureaucratic steps does it take??

I love the bank, my issue is this branch. There is a lady who panhandles everytime I go there. She sits right on the property holding a sign and talking into open car windows. I offered her a full time job and she laughed at me. Said she makes more than I could imagine already. A week later she asked me for money again. She is out there right now, but I won't be returning to this branch because of it.

I had a major issue with my bank account, that was completely my fault. I went to the 5/3 branch on Charlotte Pike, in Nashville, TN and sat down and spoke with Clay Evans, who was helping out that day from his normal Cool Springs location. He was beyond helpful and did everything he could to ease my nerves and make my experience the best possible. He called everyone he knew in banking to get advice from them and did everything he could (including re-calling the 5/3 hotline, numerous times, because he would not take no for an answer). I would definitely drive out of my way to the Cool Springs location to work with him again. Loved his customer service!

When you walk in you are greeted by very nice people that listen to what you have to say but know your time is important.
