My vehicle was running very low on oil as I was on the highway and in my panic I accidentally poured a quart of transmission fluid in the engine oil because it uses transmission fluid for multiple things and it was all I had on the side of the road, but after check at an Auto store to buy more found out I had done the wrong thing. Which I own as my mistake. But I figured the next best thing to do would be to get an oil change and remove as much of the previous substance as possible. Went to Firestone and they refused to do an oil change but also said I shouldn't drive it and get an engine flush (I think the man was just trying to keep himself safe and didn't want to get involved) This left me stranded overnight in the area because I work in Nashville but live almost 2 hours away. When my family contacted our regular mechanic in my town he said didn't actually recommend going to the extent of an engine flush and getting an OIL CHANGE while also replacing the oil filter. I actually (after staying in my vehicle overnight in a nearby parking lot for fear of driving it) went to Moody's Tire and Auto service and they said the same thing as our family mechanic--get an oil change and replace the filter, and that my telling Firestone about the transmission fluid just made them overthink it and resulted in me NOT GETTING THE PRACTICAL HELP that I needed. He sounded like an experienced guy with common sense. The thing was, before leaving Firestone I pleaded with him to do an oil change because I felt that it would at least be better than leaving my vehicle like it was with the wrong fluid in it. But he refused, costing me a whole evening stuck in a parking lot when I wanted to be home, and 2 other mechanics confirmed that an oil change would have been the best solution. If I am in Cool Springs, I will not be seeking out Firestone if I have any more automotive problems.

The help I received from the team at this location was exceptional. Unfortunately my vehicle was damaged beyond repair, but they did not charge me anything because of that.

If you have a flat you might as well plan on buying a new tire, if you go to a place like this. Because they're going to tell you they can't fix it no matter what. They will come up with an excuse to make you buy a tire. That's just how these places work

This location is my favorite Firestone location. The guys are pretty laid back, helpful and super awesome! Great work and great group of guys. You can't beat the lifetime alignment service and price. They do alert you for possible issues but will not pressure you to do the service. They are great at the Bakers Bridge location!!!!

Best place to take your car for maintenance in Williamson County. My family has been coming here for years and the team is so friendly and respectful of your time. I will never trust anyone else or location with my vehicle.

Booked an appt 5 days in advance for an oil change at 230 pm (they close at 7). Every time slot for the day was available. They called me and told me that they could not guarantee same day service for an oil change that late in the day because they might have other work they need to do. Im like, that why I am making an appt, so that my work is the work you are scheduled to do. He was like unless you can bring it in earlier it might be the next day. I mean, if you cant even complete an oil change in 4 1.2 hours Im not sure you need to be in the automotive business.

I took my Nissan Pathfinder in to check out a MINOR coolant leak. It was so minor that I had been driving it for a few days as the vehicle was behavior normally. After Firestone diagnosed it, I received a quote saying I would have to replace the entire radiator and other hoses and parts for a total $1980.00. I didn't want to pay that price so I asked them to ready the vehicle so I could pick it up. I happily paid them for new radiator caps and the service test. I left and the vehicle that had a minor leak going in started to overheat within 1 mile of driving. I made it to a local store shut it off only to learn the radiator had no fluid in it at all. I had to put almost two gallons of antifreeze. I called and spoke to Josh the manager and he basically said they had done their job and offered to fix it. I kindly requested my money back due to the inconvenience which I was abruptly refused by the manager. So I basically took the car in with minor problems and left with major problems with Firestone taking no responsibility, only taking my money. If I could have left negative stars in my review I would have. I have been a long time Firestone customer, but I can't trust them anymore. Buyer beware using Firestone of Coolsprings Tennessee.

This is why people have trust issues with mechanics:I Took a vehicle in for a tire rotation and alignment. They called a few hours later saying the engine and cabin air filter were bad and the battery had corrosion, asking if I wanted to have those services done, I declined. When I went to pick up the vehicle a few hours later, I was informed the alignment was not done, as the tie rods were seized. I asked if i still owed money for the tire rotation and I was told it was one the house! I thanked them. The tires were not rotated, it was Very easy to tell from the alignment being off. The engine air filter was a little dirty, it was changed 3 months ago and would maybe be consideredin the yellow. The cabin air filter is Non Existent, really the vehicle doesn't have one, they said they saw it and it was dirty... The battery was changed 3 months ago, zero corrosion anywhere, nothing. The tie rod jam nut was freed with a bit of PB blaster and 1 arm... I have had very good experiences at this location in the past. Maybe I just got a bad apple this time.

My car broke down a few days ago. Once I got it towed to them, they were polite and quick to get it fixed. They explained what was wrong, how much it would cost, and any specials going on. They made it super easy. And I am thankful for all they did.
