I met Richard and he was the best. Very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. My stepson and myself got to marvel at some of the greatest vintage items in the South.
His knowledge is astounding and talking to him was the best way you can spend time in Nashville. He has some of the best vintage cards in conditions you rarely see.
I walked out with some prestige football items, and 1 collectible that I did not know existed. I also walked out feeling like I made a friend. Give them a call and visit them. They have things you didn't even know you needed”

From the very first phone call to the final moments of our visit, the entire team at the 719 Thompson Lane location in Nashville delivered an experience that was nothing short of extraordinary. This team is truly the best in the area, and they turned what could have been a stressful holiday search into a joyful and memorable part of our Christmas season.
The young lady who answered the phone was warm, patient, and incredibly helpful, guiding us with clear directions and making us feel taken care of before we even walked through the doors. Once inside, the young lady at the register greeted us kindly and immediately pointed us toward exactly what we were looking for. Her friendliness set the tone for the entire visit.
On the sales floor, another young lady helped us navigate our options with genuine care, while a wonderfully knowledgeable woman took the time to explain, in detail, what Michael’s offers and how each product could help bring our vision to life. She went above and beyond to help us track down the perfect pieces we needed, showing a level of dedication that truly impressed us.
And we can’t forget the young man working in the back, he provided the final item we needed to complete our design, making our search feel complete and meaningful. His effort added a special touch that we’ll remember.
Every single team member we encountered was kind, creative, helpful, and sincerely invested in making our family’s Christmas projects special. It’s rare to find a team so consistently pleasant and knowledgeable across the board.
We will always choose this location at 100 Oaks Mall first. Thank you all so much for making today special for our family.
