I love the Iron Tribe community. It is well known that exercise is good for us. However, what is not as well known is the more social the exercise, the better. Iron Tribe offers a strong community with very knowledgeable coaches and caring members that provide motivation and accountability to be consistent and push for short and long term goals. I have seen significant improvement in my overall fitness thanks to comprehensive approach ITF offers. It has been a perfect fit for me.

Iron Tribe has been a crucial part of my lifestyle for 5 years. The coaches there are the most knowledgeable and caring coaches I have ever worked with. Iron Tribe has helped me prepare for many big milestones in my life- including my wedding! Because of their programming and excellent coaching, I was able to feel confident and look my best on my big day. They are the best of the best!

Josh and all the coaches at ITF - Brentwood are great! It’s a supportive atmosphere, and there are challenging workouts that vary daily. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their help in obtaining my fitness goals!

Iron Tribe was exactly what I needed after having 3 babies. As a previous college athlete, I was looking for something that would be challenging every day, but also provide coaching & a team like environment. It has become a consistent part of my day and has helped keep my energy levels up. I can chase down 3 kiddos a lot easier now that I've been working on power cleans and deadlifts at Iron Tribe! The people at the gym are great as well - it doesn't feel like competition, but is more encouraging to show up and do your best each day! I can't express how wonderful this place has been for me, my health, family and life. If you are thinking about trying it out, DO IT! You won't regret doing it for yourself and your fitness!

Iron Tribe was EXACTLY what I needed to be confident in working out again. I have back issues which causes a lot of other issues and injured myself the last time I tried to work out (over 10 years ago) so I was terrified of hurting myself again. The ITF coaches are incredibly educated and gave me complete confidence that I was safe. They regularly helped me make the modifications I needed and knew when I was ready to be pushed a little harder, even if I didn't think I was ready. Also I'm not continuing because they don't have the class schedule I need to fully take advantage of their services, I highly highly recommend them! Classes are really fun and super easy to modify to your needs with plenty of other people doing modifications as well so I never felt like the odd one out.

I signed up for a six week trial and was fairly skeptical that I would be able to meet my muscle gain goal in that timeframe. Much to my surprise not only did I meet my goal but exceeded it. The coaches are fantastic... always took time to explain, review and re-review the workouts. Time flew with each session. I never felt intimidated given my novice status. Everyone was very welcoming and CJ makes class super fun. All said recommend giving it a try!

I am digging the instruction from the coaches and also the variety of classes/ offerings that you can participate. Although a newbie to the scene I can already feel the improvements in my physical and mental health by being a part of the group.

Have been a member of this gym for about 6 month and could not say enough positive things about it. The facility is great and has a greenway behind it, lending itself to good runs during the workouts. All of the staff/trainers are very knowledgeable and strive towards a positive environment.
