What a terrible experience! I ordered a double espresso latte. Much to my surprised the barista gave me two shots of espresso only. Immediately, I informed her it was a latte. She quickly poured cold milk inside the cup!
Obviously she had to redo the latte. Once I got home, I noticed that the cup was half latte and half foam. I paid over $5 for this experience.
This is my last trip to Starbucks. It is no wonder their sales are decreasing.

So I work late and this kroger is literally 5 minutes from my job but I usually get to it about 10/15 minutes before close. I don't understand why it's such a bother for me to come in after work for some of the employees to the point they're yelling down at the self checkout worker how annoyed that x amount of people walked in and making incorrect store closing announcements to stress customers out and rush us out of the store. It's ridiculous, rude and unprofessional and needs to be addressed by management.

Gemma at the pharmacy was one of the rudest & least helpful employee I’ve encountered.

Supervisor is a jerk. Employees are jerks. Go out of their way to be unhelpful.
Go to Publix or fresh market across the street.

Well stocked grocery store with a good selection of products. Produce is fresh as are meats.

While I'm not the world's biggest Kroger fan, I can appreciate when a Kroger location is exceptional, and this one all that and more.
For me, the mark of an excellent grocery store is the the appearance and the upkeep of the Produce department. Walking in the door near the Produce department is a very colourful, welcoming experience. The produce is well stocked, nicely arranged, and the area is kept very clean. It's not uncommon to see an employee or two tending to the area, making sure it's not just stocked, but stocked and arranged nicely.
In fact, this may be the cleanest, most organized Kroger I've ever seen. I've made over a dozen visits in the last year and I've yet to see a box out of place, a jar of broken (anything) in the middle of the aisle, or a broom randomly resting against a shelf.
The staff is seems focused and on-point. Whether behind the meat counter, stock shelves, or cashiering, I've never seen someone standing around scrolling or talking on their phones. While I freaking LOATHE self-checkout, if I've only got 2 or 3 scannable items (read that: items that don't need to be weighed or numbered) I'll use it. The one time I did I had a question and the person minding Self Checkout was on the spot, ready to assist
The parking lot is generally kept clean and carts (somehow) end up in the cart corrals instead rolling through the parking lot, denting cars.
If this Kroger were closer to home (Louisville) I'd definitely shop here regularly.

Zero customer service. Miss marked products that they don’t stand behind how they’re marked. They actually wanted to blame Coca-Cola for their shelves not being marked properly. It’s nothing but a scam and it’s everyone else’s fault. Go to Publix. We’re shopping is a pleasure. The manager said go ahead and go home. I wanna go home too.

First time here, came after I got off of work at 8am. It was super packed, I tried to use my FSA card and it was giving me issues. David(short, older guy) attempted to help me, but he did not seem to be that concerned with my issue, I tried to explain to him exactly what was happening and that it kept declining because it kept trying to run as a credit card/EFT, and he kept.... Running it as a EFT, which is not correct. He also kept cutting me off and raising his voice, saying my form of payment was "unique" and frustrating. Funny, I have been using FSA/HSA in grocery stores for 10 years or more, doesn't seem all that "unique" to me to use a benefit provided through my health insurance for health care items and grocery items. I ended up just paying with my debit card because this guy was just crazy rude and was not listening to me at all. I was polite and just wish I was given back what I was putting out. Next time I'll just wait til I get home to my own Kroger where people know how to problem solve and not have a 2 year old fit because they don't understand something.

Shopping here is no longer practical. They never have enough checkers, which has been a pattern now for months at various Kroger locations. It takes far too long to check out.

Customer service here has gone down hill terribly in the last year. They don’t staff any cashiers in the evening around 7. Guess they’ve adopted the self check out model of operating and couldn’t care less about being a real grocery store. Guess I’ll be going to Publix. At least they value their customers enough to have a register or two open in the evening.

The Rolls Royce of Krogers, the Beverly Hills of Krogers, lol - I lovvvvve coming to this location. It's not close from Franklin, there are several other Krogers in my area that are much closer... but I seriously love everything in this store. I love the light up BRENTWOOD when you walk in, and the brightness, the newness, the cleanness, they literally feel like they have everything in stock including my regular items that are usually out of stock at the others. Everything looks organized with clear price tags, the lines go quick, there's enough staff always helping out. It's all positive to me (except maybe the parking lot, lol). Love this spot, recommend it - will be back.
