First time here, came after I got off of work at 8am. It was super packed, I tried to use my FSA card and it was giving me issues. David(short, older guy) attempted to help me, but he did not seem to be that concerned with my issue, I tried to explain to him exactly what was happening and that it kept declining because it kept trying to run as a credit card/EFT, and he kept.... Running it as a EFT, which is not correct. He also kept cutting me off and raising his voice, saying my form of payment was "unique" and frustrating. Funny, I have been using FSA/HSA in grocery stores for 10 years or more, doesn't seem all that "unique" to me to use a benefit provided through my health insurance for health care items and grocery items. I ended up just paying with my debit card because this guy was just crazy rude and was not listening to me at all. I was polite and just wish I was given back what I was putting out. Next time I'll just wait til I get home to my own Kroger where people know how to problem solve and not have a 2 year old fit because they don't understand something.

Customer service here has gone down hill terribly in the last year. They don’t staff any cashiers in the evening around 7. Guess they’ve adopted the self check out model of operating and couldn’t care less about being a real grocery store. Guess I’ll be going to Publix. At least they value their customers enough to have a register or two open in the evening.

The Rolls Royce of Krogers, the Beverly Hills of Krogers, lol - I lovvvvve coming to this location. It's not close from Franklin, there are several other Krogers in my area that are much closer... but I seriously love everything in this store. I love the light up BRENTWOOD when you walk in, and the brightness, the newness, the cleanness, they literally feel like they have everything in stock including my regular items that are usually out of stock at the others. Everything looks organized with clear price tags, the lines go quick, there's enough staff always helping out. It's all positive to me (except maybe the parking lot, lol). Love this spot, recommend it - will be back.

The absolute worst Starbucks known to man. Big Starbucks girls and every time I go I have terrible coffee and something is wrong with my order and then the lady who works there fights with me about it and tells me I am wrong. Another $7 coffee getting thrown out today. Not sure why I keep going back.... I won't now

This store is 1.5 miles from my house. Today I was reminded how lame Kroger is compared to Harris Teeter who built this facility. At 4pm on a Tuesday after 2 over the air pages and waiting 10 minutes at the meat counter I departed for the Fresh Market across the street to get 2 pieces of salmon to grill.Kroger is a poor excuse of a meat department compared to the phenomenal Harris Teeter model that preceded their buyout. Noteworthy is that Kroger did NOT hire any of the HT long term staff.

The red headed restocker with the sick beard helped me find my favorite snack in record time. It was the last one on the shelf. I live in Italy now and don’t get to enjoy cosmic brownies as much as I used to. He proceeded to wish me a happy thanksgiving. It’s enough to make a grown man cry. Give that man a raise and whoever hired him.

I love the store and personnel. However, have been trying to purchase kosher salt for over a week. They , and other Kroger stores, are out of stock. I hope it is just due to strong sales and not some type of political statement

8pm on a Saturday night, if a holiday weekend, and they only have self checkout available. There were 8 people ahead of me and 5 more behind. 1 employee was bouncing from one station to another doing id checks and such. I asked him why he was the only one working while 5 other employees stood around chatting at the customer service desk. His answer was priceless: “You’d have to ask them; they’re the managers.”Side note, 80% of the store had a strong smell of people actively smoking weed.

Nicest Kroger around-Whole Foods like. Great selection of items from A to Z. The major problem is poor management. They are useless. Been coming here for over a decade.

Self checkout cashier "helper" was a rude and obnoxious jerk to my wife. He was disrespectful and wouldn't help with the card reader problem which seems to only happens at this Kroger. If I was there it might have ended ugly for him.

After figuring out the new (confusing) layout of the store I decided to try the new self checkout option where you scan your groceries down a conveyer belt. The technology must not be there because I kept scanning and food just kept getting missed and when an attendant, Sarah, came to help me she treated me like a criminal and grabbed everything off (including stuff that had already been scanned) and reset it and when I tried grabbing said items to explain she PUSHED ME like literally body blocked me from groceries I was purchasing. I don’t appreciate being touched by strangers and being treated like I’m doing something wrong when I’m just trying to get errands done. I don’t need a make pretend security guard keeping tabs on me in the checkout line.

After going to the Kroger in Houston. Our Kroger is a shame. Dingy and out dated and nothing new in the way of modernized grocery shopping. We deserve better in the Tennessee market.

Huge store. terrible management. Too big for what they stock and the variety that they carry. The staff is generally unfriendly and clearly unhappy working here. The beer and wine taps are no longer operated. When I feel forced to shop at Kroger, I make the effort to go to the Nolensville Hwy location now.
