I recently had the pleasure of working with Christine Minton, a service advisor at Range Rover Nashville and had an exceptional experience with her. Christine was incredibly thorough in explaining the service details to me and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. She was patient, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. I appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions. Overall, Christine provided an excellent customer service experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of service at Land Rover Nashville. Five stars!

I’d like to start my review with I had zero problems with vehicle quality, I bought a Range Rover SVR, and then a Escalade from Andrews using the same sales persons,Sales was fair and not pushy, great experience with Richard both times, would definitely come back for his services.Getting my warranty refund was a hassle on the finance side (I buy and trade a lot) so for anyone whose expecting to own the car for a longer period of time would be fine, but understandably Range Rovers warranty tend to be the most expensive due to electrical issues so 4 or 5 thousand dollars isn’t something to be taken lightly, I wish there was more communication between myself & finance instead of having to bother my sales people to get ahold of anyone in finance and so on.

I had a service done here about a year ago. I was thoroughly displeased with the lack of quality from the service team. I didn't get the lady's name, we were there on a Saturday. I don't know if she's still there or not but I hope customers get someone else. I just tried to get out of there for the minimal I could because every price she quoted was shockingly high, far more than other dealers and service shops.Here's an example. The "V" came off on the back of our Evoque so it looks like we drive a Range Ro er. I asked if the shop could replace it and she said it would be around $415. I laughed and said no thanks. I don't mind driving a Range Ro er.I held off on writing this review to see if my service bill a year later was comparable and my understanding on what rates were needed to adjust to modern reality. Nope, just got my car back and Land Rover Nashville is basically double what I need to pay.$415 to replace the V on the back, y'all.***Hogwash response and further solidifies they deserve the low rating. I know now they charge double the market for services. If I was their service department, I would always have a supply of letters on hand to replace in case they came off (They're held on by adhesives that can wear). Because I don't want our vehicles out there looking cheap! But that's not how they think here. The Land Rover dealership I bought the car from was so much better than this one.

If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! Firstly, James Scott is the sales associate I worked with who helped me to find my dream car! He has been most helpful, passionate about helping others and incredibly supportive any time I need anything at all! Also, Jay Jackson in the service department went above and beyond to assist me with my tire. He was extremely thorough, prompt,knowledgeable and most importantly caring. Thank you James and Jay for being such angels and for making my experience with Land Rover so exceptional and effortless!

Land Rover Nashville was a lifesaver!! We were on our fist stop on our annual weeklong summer roadtrip with my 2020 RRS, and the airconditioning unit started to fail (bizarre, at 10K miles and meticulously maintained and dealer-serviced).We called first thing Monday morning and requested if we could be squeezed in for a quick evaluation--we just needed to get enough information on the reason for the issue, to determine if we should cancel the rest of our trip (turn back and have it fixed at my hometown LR dealership), or continue on (if we could be accommodated by LR Nashville service schedule).Well, LR Nashville went above, beyond and delivered more than we could imagine. Not only did they squeeze us into their busy service schedule to do a quick evaluation--they went ahead and made the (apparently not too complex) fix. And gave my RRS a quick wash too!Throughout the process, as we waited, the entire staff at Land Rover Nashville was most attentive, checking in on us, and sincerely cared for our plight, making us truly feel like a valued part of the Range Rover family.We were able to continue with our roadtrip and had an amazing time! All thanks to the perfectly-corrected, and fully restored airconditioning.I could not thank Land Rover Nashville enough...it was the best 3-hour detour I've ever made on a roadtrip!

When it comes to 'sales' and everyday 'service' Land Rover Nashville gets a 4-5-star. Should you need something more serious like collision repair they get a 1-star. A few years ago the Andrews Transportation Group decided to close their collision division knowing there were ZERO "certified" Land Rover Collision Repair Centers in Nashville nor within 100 miles. Having ran several businesses myself, I understand the importance of profit but to leave thousands of customers without one single certified collision center speaks volumes to what's important at Andrews Transportation Group. Land Rover will 'recommend' two different collision centers, neither of which are 'certified' Land Rover collision centers. According to both collision centers they have been in 'the process' for over a year. Earlier this month when a tree fell on top of my car busting the aluminum panel, that's when I discovered there are a lot of collision centers who will repair a bumper or various dents and dings here and there but if you have to replace an aluminum panel welllllll only certified Land Rover repair centers can do that repair. Huntsville, AL with a 1/3 of the population of Nashville has 5 certified collision centers just in case anyone is in the same situation I've been in the last 30 days.I've owned 6 Land Rover products and now I'm wondering should I really buy a 7th. If the Andrews Transportation Group really cared about the Land Rover "customer experience" it doesn't stop at sales, tire changes and engine repair. It's the entire car. You're one of the top dealers in the country and have the credibility to put pressure on Land Rover to help (and expedite) getting local collision centers Land Rovers certified in order to help serve the thousands of Land Rover customers you have sold to over the years. That's what "partners" do for their customers not close down a shop and let them figure out how to get things repaired on their own.

Jay Jackson in service is the perfect example of great service and winning attitude. I previously owned a 2016 Range Rover HSE. I only trusted Jay to handle my service issues. When it was time to purchase my wife a new car, I knew automatically to talk to Jay about a 2020 Range Rover. Its because of Jay why i made the purchase.
