I had a pair of pants incorrectly hemmed 6 inches too long by another tailor!!! Thankfully Nordstrom Rack saved me at the last minute for my conference. The lady there (Lucy) put me at the front of the line and got it done fast. Thank you Nordstrom Rack TN!

I love shopping at this store, but specifically the associates were so sweet! I had a girl name Pel and she was extremely nice she was patient with me and listened to what i needed and helped me right away! i felt comfortable around her and her dedication to the customers makes this store better.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We bought an outfit yesterday and we couldn't get it on because of two little kids. So we got back to the hotel and tried it on and it didn't fit, but because we took the tag off we couldn't get a store credit or a refund. Plus, we had the tags with the items for return. Bad experience.

In my opinion, it is very TJMaxx. Everything felt really disorganized and confusing and sooooo many people. If you are good at navigating crowds and digging to find deals, this is definately the place for you. There is gold in them there hills!! It's probably great, its just not my vibe.

Like an even more chaotic, bright, overstimulating version of Goodwill, but far more expensive. My son found cute clothes there, I found some comfy shoes, but I don't think I'll be going back, personally.

Well organized but I was a little surprised to see how rough some of the shoes are now. I don’t think six years ago (pre-pandemic) these would be on the floor to be sold. As a former (full line) Nordstrom employee I had a little bit higher expectations of the Rack compared to say a Marshalls or a TJ Maxx, but I guess that’s just one way things have changed. It was definitely surprising.
