UPDATE: We heard from one of the owners who seemed to be a very nice gentleman. I appreciate that he reached out to us directly to make things right. He is working to get everything straightened out with my husband’s supplies and the bill. I’m going to hold on to that fifth star until we see that things continue to run smoothly at our local level, but I’m hopeful as he seemed to genuinely want to take care of us.
Original post: This has just been a nightmare. They keep sending my husband the wrong size supplies. He has talked to a gentleman twice who ASSURED him it wouldn’t happen again…except that it continues to happen. We’re getting billed for supplies that he can’t use. And when he took the unopened supplies to their office he was told they couldn’t take them back. In the meantime they are now charging us DAILY interest for the outstanding bills and threatening to turn us over to collections. I’m sorry, but I believe this is called FRAUD to knowingly send the wrong thing, bill insurance and the patient for it, and then refuse to make it right?? We’re happy to pay what we owe for the correct supplies but at this point we’re not paying a dime until this gets sorted out.

Editing review because of updated experience.It would seem the owner does indeed check reviews because I got a call from billing 10/2, just 3 days after my review was posted, to pay my bill. Taking one star off for that, but thank you for resolving my issue.

Excellent service. Small local owned company. Not a big push just medi ally driven help. Really appreciate having the support. The office is an easy location but not fancy.

I had a bad experience, regarding receiving a refund from overpaying for my equipment.Bill the owner reached out to me and apologized. He was willing to do whatever he could to rectify the situation. That is what you call "Great customer service"!

We received a bill from O2 Sleep in the amount o $26.55 and set up a billpay account wit our bank. That's ow we pay virtually all our bills and haven't had any problems in years. Yet O2 Sleep sent another bill. We called them to verify their address but sent a paper check which was cashed in a few days. Ten we received another bill with an additional $15 late charge Meanwhile, the billpay cleared 7 days after it was sent. Months later, the credit has not been posted.

I have to say these are the nicest and most professional staff who work here. I have dealt with two other companies that were okay but the staff here are super helpful, kind and know what they are doing.

I had given a 1 star before. The owner Bill reached out to me personally to apologize for all the issues a has with a former employee who constantly made mistakes causing delays or errors.He has brought in new people and the results have changed. I now feel confident when I call I will get what I need promptly and accurately.Again I appreciate Bill taking the initiative to reach out.Give this business an opportunity again if you had a previous negative experience.

One of the most unprofessional medical companies I've seen. I had to call multiple times to get an update and then wasted my time going to an appointment and they acted like they didn't know why I was there. They should be removed from insurance networks.

Bill and his staff were amazing. I met with these folks last week to get my new CPAP machine. Bill is the owner, and who I worked with during my visit. He walked me through the entire process of picking up my machine, explaining how it works, how to maintenance and care for it, and offered support for any additional questions I may have. He was friendly and took the time I needed as I am new to the sleep apnea game. Customer service was key and top of priority. I'm glad I went to O2 Sleep Inc. They will not disappoint!

We have been customers for the past 10 years. Their office/phone staff have always been very helpful and pleasant. They have often reminded me when my husband was eligible for new equipment. I enjoy calling or visiting the office as they are professional and prompt. They have billed our insurance accurately.

Extremely unprofessional. They tried over billing us multiple times. We had to fight for them to stop billing us 200 dollars a month. Shame on Vanderbilt for recommending them. We also went to buy pillows thru them and they kept giving us the wrong ones. They would not return and wanted to charge us full price. Worst business in Tennessee. You’d think this business would be pretty straight forward.

My mother in law has the worst experience with these people. Probably some to do with language barrier. But I also personally know they are slightly careless. If they are careless with me, that in itself raises concerns. They certainly changed their tune after the second time that I called them. And they were clear about putting me on hold instead of just dropping the phone. They get three stars because my wife’s complaints about them have been consistently the same with their behavior over a significant period of time — their attitude and behavior on my first time calling them was precisely as my wife has consistently described it.
