Friendly workers at this branch, always been helpful & happy. The tech-related concerns mentioned in older reviews have been addressed - the app, i know for sure, works very well. Much easier than with the other banks I deal with.. Been with Pinnacle about 5 years now & they've improved a ton in that time.

This is my local branch and I love it! The other day I needed to deposit a check and couldn’t locate my account number. The tellers were super helpful, incredibly patient, and so very pleasant to deal with.

Refuses to even open the drive-through saturday fo even 4 ourswhich could be done with 2 people yet readily will take thousands of dollars from me during the week this place is a rip off and I'm looking for a new bank

This bank is absolutely awful in all things IT, Mobile Deposit, and is just overall disfunctional. Super nice people but I've had countless of problems after doing business with them personally and through my business, for years! Saving the next guy in line here...And now of course they do not have Zelle like most banks do. Just another mishap that slows you down.

I had the worst experience at this Pinnacle location. The green hills and Bellevue locations have super friendly staff and I felt secure having them handle my money in a timely manner as well until I came to the Brentwood location. Since there is only drive through because of covid, a teller named Karen actually yelled at me after explaining multiple times what I wanted deposited. She forced me to wait by the front door and let another woman named Brittany take literally 20 minutes to deposit some checks. And the assistant manger did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. So, if you want to spend half an hour getting yelled at to deposit your paycheck, pick a different pinnacle location!

The person that said it doesn’t support small business is completely wrong. We were rejected by Regions amd Fifth Third and heard about another having a great experience with Pinacle. Greg helped us through the process and after a couple weeks during Covid we obtained a significant line of credit for our business so we moved all our assets over- great experience!!

This bank does not support small business. After years of banking with them and depositing 100s of thousands a month, with no viable explanation they are closing our account. Said it came from the higher ups and there is nothing they can do. If you own a small business, bank elsewhere.
