I’ve both bought & brought cars here and cannot recommend Porsche of Nashville enough. The service, quality, & communication are above & beyond even for a luxury brand like Porsche. Ask for Dillon Conner he is the best!

Bad experience with this dealership. I talked to Justin Timmerman on 9/20 as I was interested in a vehicle that was still available, per his confirmation. I told Justin I wanted to move forward with the buying process and sent all the information that he requested that SAME day. Justin promised his team would get on it in the AM the next day. On 9/21 afternoon, Justin calls to confirm the down payment then hours later texts me that a customer went in that morning and put a deposit on the same vehicle before they could run my application. I don’t understand how a customer who is ready to purchase the vehicle is put second for someone who only puts a deposit. It seems as there is a lack of communication at this dealership and they don’t prioritize the customers business. The car has now been sold and it’s upsetting because putting a deposit would have not been an issue on my end.

Porsche Nashville is my top choice for purchasing or leasing Porsche manufactured vehicles. My favorite sales representative is Pierre and my favorite service specialist is Blake. They take care of me with the upmost respect & professionalism. Very happy to deal with such a wonderful staff on a regular basis.

Working with Pierre at Porsche of Nashville was an amazing experience to make sure the car was ordered to the exact spec I wanted, helping coordinate with the European Delivery, very fast communication and always courteous. The team at Porsche of Nashville is amazing and would recommend anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle to give Porsche a chance.

I walked in to test drive a cayenne and it was a strange experience. The first guy passed me off to someone else who was clearly not interested in helping me. I had to produce proof of insurance and sign a liability waiver before getting the car (the other 6 luxury car dealerships I went to this week didn’t require that and it was a pain to sort through policies to find it, but I got the policy info for him). We then took a ‘23 (not the ‘24 for some reason?) for a test drive and the guy wouldn’t even talk to me. I had to ask all the questions and he volunteered no information above the basics to my questions. I asked about the ‘24 and he said it was no different than the ‘23 and he wouldn’t bother with it. The Porsche sales guy took me on a 5 minute loop around a neighborhood with a speed limit of 40mph… and wouldn’t even let me drive on the interstate… hard to appreciate a Porsche and justify spending $100k on a car that I can’t drive over 40 mph in. The only question he did ask me was what I did for a living in order to afford a Porsche which I found really awkward and honestly, a bit offensive. I don’t know if it was the fact that I’m female, under 40 or because I was wearing gym clothes, but obviously this guy didn’t think I was worth his time or effort to engage with or give any decent driving experience to. I asked about interstate driving when we got back and he said I could schedule an appointment for that. There were literally zero customers in the building, so I’m not sure why I couldn’t take it on the interstate without making an appointment (especially after you sign a waiver that says you will use your own insurance for any damage…). a Porsche is still on my short list, but I may look other places. The Maserati dealership one block down has a few as does the global dealership right down the road. Or perhaps next time I’ll bring an older white man with me so someone will actually give me the time of day ?. Very disappointing experience for what is supposed to be the ultimate SUV driving experience. I’ll go back with my boyfriend and pretend to be there for him to buy a car and see what the experience is like to compare.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. Pierre was very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. He truly was there to facilitate a deal and not "sell" me a vehicle. I highly recommend Porsche of Nashville.

We bought a new 911 Targa from Patrick Simms and Cory Bender. This is 3rd Porsche in last two years. Worst buying experience ever. Would not recommend buying anything from this dealer. We had to filed a complaint with the BBB to get money back they owe us. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

the cars are awesome. the customer service is awful. no one calls back when they say they will and when you DO get an appt, expect to wait twice as long.

I was very pleased with the level of customer service. I was visiting from out of town and needed a quick turnaround on 2 service issues. They were so accommodating by immediately fitting me in. From the head of the service group to the service manager, Blake, it was a great experience. Thank you!
