“I've rented U-Haul over 15 times, and never have I been so pleased with the service as I am with the team at the Brentwood location. Initially, I chose a truck that was too small, but upon calling them to switch to a larger one, they promptly grasped my situation and accommodated my request, making my experience significantly smoother. I expected the usual unfriendly response, such as "You need to reserve in advance," or "We have nothing available for you," but the woman at the front desk was very friendly, polite and went above and beyond to assist us.A solid 5 stars for the exceptional service at this location!”

“The staff were very helpful and quick. I actually enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this location.The only thing that I can say is that I had reserved online and the price was different from my original online reservation. They charged me another fifty dollars for fees I thought were included when i reserved the truck. Not a big deal, but I was unaware of the “extra” fees. Everything else was top notch!”
