I visited this branch recently to open a 529 college savings account for my children. Initially, I was informed by a customer service representative that an appointment was necessary. Accordingly, I scheduled one for 11:00 AM on 12/29/2023. Upon arrival, I was frustrated to learn that nothing could be resolved in-branch and that I needed to make another appointment, this time for a phone call with a broker. The whole experience was unnecessarily complicated, especially for a task as straightforward as setting up a 529 account. Adding to the confusion, my appointment confirmation specifically listed the bank branch's address, leading me to believe that my needs would be addressed there. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the inefficient process and lack of clear communication.

Miss.Quincie went above and beyond to help me get an issue resolved that was stressful and frustrating. I had called this branch a day prior and spoke with a much less helpful lady named Rhonda who didn’t seem too keen on putting aside a bit of time to help me out.I’m glad they have Miss.Quincie as a representative of Regions.

Rhonda is the best! I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 30 years but tired of the poor service. Walked in- met Rhonda and Regions is now my Bank. I forgot was awesome Bank Service looked like

My Tax Payment related issues were resolved within a few minutes. The banker who handled my issues was very knowledgeable and experienced. I was extremely satisfied. My BIG thanks to him.

The staff at this location have been friendly and the branch is modern and clean inside. As soon as you enter, you are quickly greeted. The downside though is Regions offers very uncompetitive product offerings- you can and should bank elsewhere to earn such higher interest rate on savings- it is a shame that they have to have such poor products when their staff is as good as they are.

Inconsistent customer service. Kaitlin Jones was not friendly at all and hanged up on me when I nicely asked her questions about documents i had signed and they lost it. Very rude and unprofessional!! When I asked her to talk to the Branch Manager, She said she was the branch manager and I did find out that she is just a supervisor. Very disappointing!!!

The staff is not helpful and very rude. Constantly had issues with my account. They basically robbed me with overdraft fees when my account was not supposed to even be able to be over drafted. I had trouble with missing cash deposits 3 separate times in 2 months where they couldn’t find my money which caused my account to overdraft even when I had a Receipt for my cash deposits. Avoid this bank. Robbery in a time of struggle.
