We are VERY DISAPPOINTED. This bank in no way represents the former Reliant Community Bank. UCB nickels + dimes EVERYTHING in our accounts..., down to charging for paper statements now! We were shareholders of Reliant/part of their beginnings and still have multiple business and personal accounts with UCB as a result of this years merger. Looking more and more like we'll have to find another banking option unless UCB gets their act together REAL QUICK

Don't bank here...Reliant was a great community bank, but this is no longer with the transition to United Community Bank.

It wasn’t bad when we first started with them, originally First Advantage Bank, then became Reliant Bank, and now what it is. Not a bad bank really but if you’re a woman, find another bank. The employees I’ve dealt with have been rude, cut me off, and not let me get a word in 8/10 times. Also must point out, it’s been male employees. I’ve given up trying to speak to them. It’s too the point if they call, I don’t even bother answering because if I wanted to be cut off and not listened too I’d speak to my toddlers.

Bank doesn’t have 24 hour support. All you get is useless voice prompts to no where. At least they have a mailbox for manufactured home division. What a joke!

Worst experience I've ever had with a bank, I have dealt with many conpanies over the years but never have I been made to feel less important to a company than this one. They put a three week hold on a check drawn on a bank 15 minutes down the road(literally a 5 minute local call could have verified it), and when I was finally allowed to have access to my money they put an absurdly low spending limit on my debit card, which seems to change from day to day. I suppose I could use cash, but in order to do that I have to actually be lucky enough to find an in-network atm to avoid outrageous fees on both ends, and even then there is a prohibitive daily withdrawal limit. Should be a fine checking account option for those who never need access to their own money, but if you have occasion to ever actually use any of it, you'd be better served looking elsewhere. Would have rated no stars if it were possible.

The branch manager, Ashley Hanne, is phenomenal! She is thorough and takes her time to help you. She is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable immediately. I really appreciate how much Ashley cares!

We've been with Reliant Bank for a long time- nothing but great experiences. Friendly staff and convenient bank locations in Brentwood and Cool Springs area.

My daughter's friend banks here, and I wanted to open the 50+ account to get a free safety box. Not sure if they just ran out, but when I called a couple of days ago, they said they still had the 3x5 boxes. When I went in they told me they none were available. Not just here but at 3 different locations. The person I talked to was pretty nice, at least.

I called for hours trying to reach a real person and couldnt .... It doesnt even take u to a operator so if u dont kno anyones extention ur pretty much screwed
