This company screwed up the delivery, sent my damaged goods. I spoke with Will, who told me they would schedule a new delivery to replace my damaged items and that I should call the store after the successful delivery and they would refund my delivery fee. I have attempted to do that multiple times now and each time the person tells me that Will isn't there and that they will speak with him and call me back. That has not happened and I'm tired of wasting my time dealing with these incompetent liars. Clearly the people at this company cannot be trusted and I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Doug Latham did an excellent job! He was highly knowledgeable and personable, making the entire process more relational than simply selling a mattress. Rooms to Go should count their blessings to have him!

The Salesman Larry Levy is the salesman you want to see when you go to Brentwood, Tn Rooms to Go. He’s been with Rooms to Go for 25 Years. He was Excellent Listener, Non-Pressure, knows the inventory, very capable to work the best price (no games or tactics). This our second major purchase from this location at Rooms to Go. In our case we were able to get the furniture delivered within two weeks. Nice clean store. I would highly recommend Larry Levy for all your furniture needs.

Walked in and was able to explore the store and not feel any pressure at all. We shopped around and ultimately ended up back at Rooms To Go. Larry was absolutely the best and I will go back when I need more furniture to seek his help. He was very knowledgeable of the store and all its products. He was able to show me exactly what I wanted and where it was located in the store. Very personable and understood my budget and didn’t try to push anything outside of it. Larry is a top notch worker. Probably deserves a raise.

Sharon responded promptly and with courtesy when I entered the store. My needs were acknowledged and I was immediately taken to the product I desired. She was extremely helpful and patient as I made my purchase decision. The product was in stock and exactly what I was looking for. Sharon didn’t try to “up-sell” me with products I didn’t ask for. I’ve had consistently good experiences at RTG and will continue to be a loyal customer for my furniture needs. I will definitely return to the Brentwood location and ask for Sharon for my next purchase.

Ordered a dining set in store, although the saleswoman ordered it online from the store- took 4 weeks to be delivered. was delivered broken AND the incorrect item. they're now saying they do not do refunds for "in store" purchases. also they will not come pick up the broken dining set. horrible HORRIBLE customer service. 0/10 recommend.

David introduced himself when we arrived, then left us to explore the showroom. He checked on us several times, letting us know he was there when we needed him. Once we made our selection, I asked for his help. David gets 5-stars for his assistance.We chose Cindy Crawford's Bellingham sofa and a different side chair. Both in gray.My reason for the 4-stars is because there were other chairs I preferred but I couldn't customize them. I'll add pictures when it's delivered.Furniture was delivered. Great crew. Set up the couch and chair in no time. The living room looks great.
