I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed by the incredibly friendly and fast service! I came in for a repair, Savannah was an absolute gem, she was kind, friendly and gave me all the options without any pressure. Todd managed to fix my necklace so quickly. While I waited, I glanced around the cases and the selection is really impressive. This is definitely the place to go for all your jewelry needs! I will return.

Really great experience with SJR! Needed links taken out of an expensive watch bracelet, and no local jewelry stores could do it. Reached out to SJR by email and they were very responsive - got back to me THE next day with an estimate. Sent it to them and got it back in 2 weeks. The work looks just like it came from the factory - perfect! Also very reasonably priced. Great communication, happy to answer any questions. Joe and Jessica were super nice to work with. Will definitely return for any future watch/jewelry needs.

I made an appointment with Todd to custom make a horseshoe ring for my husband. My husband talked about this ring for the 10 years we have been together. I showed up at the Hendersonville store to find out that Todd was in Brentwood. That didn't stop our appointment. Todd FaceTimed with my husband and I and listened and learned to what my husband had in mind. Within a few weeks, we were in front of Todd with a beautiful mock up of the ring. We made additional changes. A few weeks later the ring was complete!! It is just stunning!! It was better than I had thought it would be and it was exactly what my husband had dreamed it would look like. I cannot recommend them enough!! If you need anything custom, go see Todd!! His talents are beyond words!!

Have you used for jewelry repair for years w/o any problems. Just took a bracelet in that had broken. Long story short, they used a classic bait & switch & I ended up having to pay as much as I had already paid to get my bracelet. They were rude & intimidating & I will never go back in there. To clarify, this is the shop in the Target center in Brentwood. And, yes, it was assessed when I took it in initially & the price given was for what they found wrong with it while I was there. They had it 2 weeks before seeing "more damage". EDIT: Service Jewelry & repair reached out to me today to apologize profusely for what happened w/ the bracelet. Both the district manager & store manager (who has only been there one week) contacted me & were appalled @ the situation. They have assured me they are taking care of how these situations are handled. They were extremely gracious. I feel completely comfortable returning to them for further jewelry repair or purchases.

After researching their reviews, my wife and I drove there from Clarksville to see their facility and to drop off some watches for repair. We took four down there and they were able to repair all but one which we hoped we could get repaired but it was doubtful! They are not easy to find in the building. Their location isn't obvious because they have no signage, but I understand why. We called them and the Big Kahuna himself came out to meet us and introduced us to Joseph, one of the watch repair supervisors. He examined each watch and we got claim tickets for each. Repairs took a week and the prices were very reasonable for what they did. First Class Mail from there took a day to get to Clarksville. Items were very well-packed with each watch in its own bubble wrap cocoon along with a photo of the item and the ticket describing the work needed. My old Seiko watch as all polished up and looked better than it has in years! I will use them again. Thanks for the great service.

I can't say enough about the Brentwood Service Jewelry and Repair store. They are professional, caring, and treat each customer like family. Most recently I was helped by Patricia Schmidt. I was enduring the consequences of ordering a specific ring from an online jeweler to give as a very special Christmas gift. What was I thinking? It went completely sideways. On Christmas Eve morning, Patricia came to my rescue by designing a ring on the spot that met every specification perfectly. She also worked within my budget. The on-site jeweler then created a ring that was more perfect than I could have ever imagined, and far exceeded my online purchase in quality. They were kind, understanding, and compassionate. Such a tremendous blessing. Because of their kindness, my siblings and I were able to fulfill a lovely desire of our sweet mom for her last Christmas this side of Heaven. I will be forever grateful!

I needed 2 watch batteries replaced, but I wasn't even sure they would be open. Thankfully they were open and got both batteries changed in about 5 minutes. However, they charged me $30 - $15 for each watch. I've been here several times in the past, and never paid more than $8. It just seemed like a lot to pay.

This store did an amazing job of re-setting my wedding ring. It's a very nice stone but I felt confident the goldsmith was experienced and also cared. It's always fun to "upgrade" and the salespeople are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back!

Took them a nice watch that needed some major repair, done very quickly and reasonable repair pricing. I hope I don’t need any additional watch repairs but I am convinced they are the best in the business and did great work. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and value. We had my fiancee's engagement / wedding band set resized and they were great to work with, had the work done in a timely fashion and took great care of us when it came to the cost. We'll definitely be back for my wedding band in a few months!

Yezzie was so nice and helped me out immensely. She took the time to show me different options in my price range and went so far as to gift wrap my purchase for me as well. She also had links taken out of my watch for me while she was helping me. I will definitely return for future business.
