Gas pumps wont let you pay at the pump then you go inside and pay then no gas comes out the pump. Wasted almost 30 minutes here

Don’t stop here! There is no restroom available for customers. This Shell location is a complete waste of time. The employee refused to let us use the restroom and didn’t seem interested in helping or serving customers at all. Very poor customer service. I won’t be coming back.

We stopped for the carwash but like most other places in Tennessee it only takes tap cards. It's aggravating having a card you can't use because places are steady changing how you use them.
