Don’t take coupons even tho they come in my mail and I live less than a mile from their location. Last order from them was a 6” tuna sandwich. Today I ordered a 12”. The 6” had three scoops of tuna and the 12” had 4 scoops. I pointed this out to the fellow and he disputed my reasoning. Really lacking in customer appreciation.

Most of these reviews are old as with most fast food reviews.It looks like this spot is under new ownership, looks to be family owned and run. The place looks to be newly renovated, very clean. Good and fast service. Overall very good experience

I don’t normally write reviews! I called the place and answered and didn’t tell me the statice on my order and proceeds to tell me i didn’t order a meal. What bad customer service! the employee was sooo rude and hung up the phone on me!

Took my wife there for a sandwich. The young lady behind the counter, while bright and cheerful,, spoke no english. Trying to communicate with her was so frustrating that i paid for my wifes' order, but did not get anything for myself. Instead I went next door and got a great meal. Highly recommend staffing with someone who speaks and comprehends the English language.

The young manager that is there is very friendly and chatty. He was the only one working there for at least a month and he finally just got help. She is very very slow moving but I'm hoping it is because she is still learning. I would give 5 stars but everytime you go in he has to tell you a long list of everything they don't have. Hopefully they will allow him to order properly soon. You have to have product to be able to make more money. Seems pretty obvious to me.

The employee working, Gordon, was immediately hostile due to my order being placed online. He said it "would be a while" in an incredibly rude tone of voice after I told him the name for the order and that it was an online order. The next customer that came in for an online order was told to "get in line!" In an extremely rude tone of voice. He then told the single customer in line that he does not serve "invisible customers" before those in line at the store. He repeated this multiple times aggressively to the customer and to another staff member. (It should be noted I placed the online order 15 minutes before walking in and I still waited 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready.) When another customer came in to order through the line he at one point asked her to lower her mask to place her order (he was not masked). She was clearly uncomfortable with this request. Eventually he did ask me again what the order name was and I told him, he proceeded to roll his eyes. At this time he had still not started making my order and it was only made eventually when another employee returned from lunch. At no point did any customer including myself do or say anything to incite his hostility - he was clearly angry to begin with and did not want to make any online orders. All in all it was an extremely unpleasant experience that took three times as long as it should have. This man's attitude was completely uncalled for and made everyone in the restaurant uncomfortable. I was thankful that Gordon was not the one who ended up making my order as I would not have trusted him to make it correctly.

Literally not a soul was in there. Idk if they were hiding or not but they left the heater door for the bread open so it was beeping the whole time. I waited a good 5 min for I even said anything and just called out to see if anyone was in there. Nothing. What’s the point of being open if no one is gonna be in there to work?
