This target has been under renovation for what feels like forever. You can tell this as soon as you walk in and see everything moved around. It feels like they don't have as big of a selection as some targets do. There is an ulta here now, but honestly I preferred it before they put it in. It feels cramped and messy with the area they had to make room for it to fit.

Messiest grossest target I've ever been in , getting one extra star because of the fact they have an Ulta in there although it's just a basic pop up and looks dirty . The reason I'm writing this today is because I checked out of my hotel and came here for Starbucks and all the lights were off but people were still sitting and drinking coffee so I was standing there for 7 minutes bc I was thinking they were having electrical problems or something but surly on a Tuesday they couldn't be closed ? Wrong . An employee was staring at me for the entire time so I went up to her and asked and she was like oh yeah it's closed . Like you don't see me standing here looking stupid with all my luggage ? I had higher standards for target employees .

Probably one of the worst managements ever. Treats their employees so terribly and that what makes this store a complete mess! Pure disappointment, closing staff is very rude and unprofessional. The employees look like lost puppies Becuase no one trains them!

Are we still having supply chain issues in September 2022? Because this Target was out of stock in multiple areas where I was shopping this evening. It started in the parking lot which had trash about. Crushed cans, paper, cardboard. This was in the "Target" area, not over by the Tesla charging stations. Not cool. Even the bin closest to the entrance was overflowing. The men's room was in serious need of attention with water on the counter, papers on the floor and an empty toilet paper roll on the rail.

This Target is hard to shop because it's so messy. When we walked up to the store both garbage cans were packed with garbage. Inside we went to grab a cart and one had a rotten banana in it covered in ants (obviously had been there for a while). Then we walked by the huge check out lines. The store was in shambles- I've never seen a Target this bad and I've been shopping at Target for years.

This is the most disorganized, cluttered and dirty Target I have ever been in. I'm shocked at how bad it is inside. Almost gives you the feel of a thrift store. Does this store not have many employees or what??

This store is just an absolute mess. Went in and there is just crap all over the floors everywhere. Shelves are just a cluttered mess with everything thrown everywhere. Probably the worst and dirtiest target I've ever been to.

I'm a regular customer. The employees are almost always helpful. Overall this is a great store all around. 95% of my experiences are great. However, it's crystal clear, they need more automatic check outs. At 1:35 p.m., the line for all the checkouts was waaaaaaay tooooooo loooong. And it's not even the Christmas season. This isn't Walmart. One of the key reasons I go to this Target is because of my ability to get in and out. But if that's not the case, I can make other arrangements. It's clear that's what the customers are telling the store based on usage and the size of the line.I could easily bump my rating to a five, if they would solve this problem.

Only giving it 3 stars because the store is always super crowded but has horrible parking. What this store really a needs is to open a second door and actually use it. But I guess the Teslas charging down there are way too important to have folks park there. Panera and all the other busy shops has its customers parking in Target spaces. Would avoid unless you want to be stressed about even finding parking that isn’t all the way by LongHorn. Also, store is unorganized. The one in Franklin has it together and min you they are under construction.

Dont’t buy a phone from Target ever. Ive had nothing but bad experiences fromtheir mobile techs. They sold me a used phone that someone brought back. When I got home it was locked with a passcode. I couldn’t even get into the phone.

I saw there were 3 iphones in stock at the location, so I ordered 1 for pick up (within 2 hours). Target notified me the next day they didn't have it. They should have notified me in 2 hours, so I could start searching for alternative.

Ok so this was kind of an interesting experience with some weird things that just don't make sense. First off I went there to try and purchase a new car seat for my daughter. After the extensive amount of research I have done I knew exactly what safety features and options I needed the new car seat to have and I found it on the demo Shelf. However I also discovered that to that model was nowhere to be found on this Shelf. I left the aisle with my daughter and began to look for an associate wondering all the way to the other end of the electronics department and then all the way back to the clothing section and saw no one until I was halfway through the clothing section. I told you I woman with a round bag although I didn't get a look at it very well at first that seemingly looked like a Target associate just with a darker color red shirt. I asked him if he worked there and he very promptly told me no I do not and then went about into the clothing section deeper and further out of sight. I thought to myself well it took 20 years but I finally asked somebody if they worked here and they didn't. Now the reason I bring this particular part up is because about 15 minutes later I crossed paths with this individual again and there he is with a scanner device that looks like a cell phone and a very plain as obvious Target name tag that plain as day says Target on it. I have no idea why the gentleman would lie to me and tell me that he did not work there when he clearly did and was clearly doing work but it's not in any way shape size reform professional. I ended up finding another person all the way back at the front of the store near the entrance that I was able to ask to come and help me. She told me that she would definitely get somebody headed my direction and I told her I would happily go back to the aisle with the car seats. She said that was fine she would send somebody on their way. Unfortunately after 15 minutes of standing there no one came by and no one was paged or notified either. I ended up stopping 2 other associates that were walking by and they decided to help me and were able to confirm that there were five of them present in the store but none on the Shelf in the store. They told me they were looking for a manager in charge that is able to get the inventory. It took forever but they finally were able to put one of these particular booster seats in my hands and I was very grateful for that. Overall I was very impressed with the length of effort that the final two people went through to get me taken care of but cannot for the life of me understand why one person flat-out denied working at the store when they did, and why another person said they would send assistance but never did. Overall I ended up taking almost an hour to get this car seat because of this which is honestly too long even considering the fact that it's low staff and I know that people are busy and there's plenty of Grace for that oh, but when I'm having to stand around because Associates are denying their employment and not wanting to do their jobs it is a completely different story.

Nice store. They should train their loss prevention team better. I’m always in the store purchasing items for myself or my store and for some odd reason. The short stubby guy is always everywhere I am. Like listen little guy I’m a manager at a store 4 doors down from you. Make good money. Review your cameras and see all the items I purchase each week. Go profile someone else. If it keeps happening I will file a complaint with the corporate office. I’ll make sure I’m documenting and videoing him every time too. Your job isn’t to stalk and harass someone. But you have been noticed. I will address you and record the next time I come in and you feel the need to follow someone. It’s ridiculous.

Target has variety and great store employees. Prices are not always as good as Walmart though but sometimes we do not have time to price shop. I also think 5% red card savings is old and need to update their incentives. I also have no idea what cartwheel or whatever it's called is but would love to see incentives similar to Kohl's program. I would shop more at Target if it was the case.Although overall employees are great, sometimes customer service can be more attentive to their customers waiting. Instead of saying "Be right with you" and continue sorting return items into carts...stop what you're doing and attend to customer. Customers should always be first priority, no one likes to wait...we get it, you have a job to do too...but we're paying your salary.Overall, Target is my go to for school/work supplies, holiday shopping (love their separated section), kids gifts or party goods.First time I ordered online and picked up at the store (Brentwood TN location) and a great experience...so easy! Thank you Brentwood Target!
